Bought a foreclosed home that needed a new garage door, motor, and all the fixings. Paul came out and looked on a Friday and confirmed that current setup was in rough shape and better to replace. Was able to install the next day in a couple hours. Got me a good deal and some nice upgrades to our garage door and motor for free. He was prompt and work was completed on time.

First Call phoned me while I was still on your web site and sheduled appointment last Saturday... arriving on time... giving me estimate and said he could replace opener early this week. Mind you our garage door is 100 years old and very heavy and needed special brackets. A second company (I believe it was Precision Door) on your list scheduled an appointment to give me estimate on Saturday pm... was late (botching my plan to attend a friend's memorial service). Estimate was significantly higher than First Call First Call did the installation this week and we are delighted with his and your service.

Paul was very responsive. He scheduled me the day after we spoke. He was professional, diagnosed the problem, explained to me what needed to be done, then replaced the two sensors (since one had gone belly-up).

Quick response and was able to fix the garage opener the next day after contact. Great service.

Contractor kept us informed of when he would come out, what he would do, and was especially responsive when I requested a change in the service call. Work was completed on time, and in a very away. He left nothing behind but a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism. Job well done!

Courteous and on time.

The Owner (Paul) came out to install a garage door opener for the 90 year old lady across the street. His prices were slightly below the competition. Upon inspection It was apparent to him that the lady's 1940 garage door also needed replaced but was not in her budget. Paul wanted to "Pay-it-Forward" as they say, and threw in a brand new garage door for her for FREE!! This likely won't be the deal you'll get unless you're also a poor old lady in need. But I couldn't not write this review as a testament of Paul (and his company's) character. I recommend using First Call Garage Doors!!
