I requested quotes from three local businesses in the Frederick MD area to replace an existing Liftmaster garage door opener. Paul was literally the "first to call me and he explained a reasonable game plan to replace my opener. He was highly knowledgeable about the various models of openers manufactured by Chamberlain/LiftMaster and he gave solid answers to all of my questions. Other companies quoted higher prices and had longer wait times. I studied each of the door opener models available and chose the model and accessory remotes that my wife and I wanted. Before installing the opener, Paul checked the garage door hardware and lubricated moving parts then installed the new opener. We were very pleased with Paul's friendly nature and efficient work ethic. Now after 15 years of dependable Liftmaster chain-drive opener and we appreciate having a quiet belt-driven opener that is fully secure and with the latest features of remote door operation.
