Paul is fair honest and could diagnose the problem over the phone. He came the next day but offered to come same day. Great service.

These guys are the best. Just had a problem with one of their doors, which would not close. Paul came out the next day, and found a quarter-sized piece of dead leaf was tripping the sensor. Problem solved. When I asked how much I owed him, he would not take payment for such a small "repair." I had every intention of paying him for his time, at the least, but he explained that this was not how he did business. I don't usually hand out 5 stars for anything, but I think First Call is tremendous. Hire themâ you will not regret it.

Paul was the first to call me on a Sunday morning. He offered to come out a couple of hours later to fix the door. He was on time, had the parts and finished to job in less than an hour. His price was the lowest so I tipped him for coming out on a Sunday, being so pleasant and doing a great job. Paul is outstanding and I would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you Paul!!!!

I just had my garage door "check-up" - Customer service is impeccable!! Would definitely hire again and again.

I called and reviewed a few companies prior to locating First Call Doors. When speaking with the owner, I felt that this was the right company for my job and it was. The work was completed correctly and within the time promised. I noticed a few other things that needed attention - the garage keypad and sealing strips. So, I scheduled more work. Unfortunately, the owner was pulled to other jobs and did not communicate this nor make in in the window that he promised. However, when he came as before the work was completed to high standards and because of his lateness, he did not charge me for this second job. His goal is excellent customer service and satisfied customers and I am. I highly recommend this company.

I backed into my garage door late evening and needed a new door. Paul called me very promptly and showed up for estimates around 8 am... replaced new door by 4.30 pm. very happy with the quality work. Would recommend first call without hesitation.

First Call contacted me immediately after they were matched to me. Home Advisor matched me with only two contractors, but needed more estimates and so contacted 3 more. Two of the contractors had the best prices, and I could have gone with either one. I chose First Call because they were so quick to contact me. They didn't have the door model I wanted, but neither did the one contractors. It took about 3 weeks to get the door. The installation went very smoothly.

Paul of First Call Garage Doors is honest and puts the customer first. Other quotes were high and tried to up sell me on things I didn t need. Within a day my Torquemaster spring system was converted to a traditional spring system under my budget. Paul did point out improvements to my system that can be done down the road, and because of the great work (and value) I ll be giving him my business again when we re ready to improve them.
