First Call Garage Doors

The work was done well and at the time and price quoted. Only thing that could have been improved is better orientation to my new opener. Nothing was explained.

He came quickly both times we had a problem with our garage door.

I searched on home advisor and Paul was the only contractor that actually called He was available within the next day to do the repair which was done proficiently however he was 40 minutes late. I called him when he was 15 minutes late He told me where he was so I could gauge the time that he would arrive. All in all a good experience and I would use him again

Paul arrived on time, assessed the situation, repaired the doors, lubricated and made sure both were operating properly. He was friendly professional and courteous.

I think the reviews speak for themselves. Paul is a one man show but is always extremely timely and professional. We had him come out last year to repair our garage door that we 'inherited' with the purchase of our house which was a horrible system. Paul came out and fixed it but recommended a new door, at the time we were not in the position to do that so we thanked him and told him we would keep him in mind. Fast forward late last year, the thing was busted again so Paul came out and fixed it (for free) and we ordered a new door and opener with him soon after. We got the system installed in February and love it, its so quiet and insulated and the opener can be accessed via app on our phones so my husband can check he closed the door from anywhere, no more turning around! Paul was super fast at the install and the price couldn't be beat. We are very happy we found Paul, however I hope I don't have to see him again for a very long time ;)
