Cleaning Better Residentials Inc

They are wonderful and I continue to use them every two weeks. I love them. I have used them for my mom’s condo and my son’s condo. I think they are pricey because I pay $100 every 2 weeks and 4 people come out and in like 45 mins they are done. I am happy because they come in and they are really fast and they love dogs. They tolerate a 75-pounds golden retriever following them around. My house has 2400 square feet that they do. They do 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bath, a big kitchen and a family room.

FANTASTIC. Ms. Veranos immediately contacted me and we set up a time for the following week. She and her crew of two other women cleaned my ~2000 sq. ft. house from stem to stern in about three hours. She was exceedingly professional, and she and her staff did a phenomenal job; they dusted and cleaned corners of my home I have been afraid to tread, like under our couch! The house smells and looks lovelier than the day we moved in. I will certainly be contacting her for work in the future. Thank you, Betty!

This provider was contacted muiltiple times to set up appointment she was always late to resond and very vauge. When we talked to her on the phone we finally set a date. I rearraged my work schedule and she called and tried to set up a time for a earlier day. I was at this time tired of trying to work our time into her schedule and told her that I no longer wanted the service. On the day of the cancelled service she called me and told me that she was infornt of my home waiting for me. I had already returned to work and told her that I was no longer interested in her services. She text me and informed me that she was going to contact Angie's list to attempt to get reimburst for her trip (which I had already cancled two days before). She is dishonest unreliable unprofessional and I would not recommend her to anyone.

Betty and her crew of 3 women happily tackled the whole house and made it sparkle. I never saw the house so clean. They were so terrific I signed on for every 2 weeks & have used them for my mother's condo which has white carpeting & they are coming today to clean my son's condo. Very very pleased with the cleaning. The women love dogs and mine happily followed them around. This has been a great experience.

We have used Cleaning Better Inc. for a few months now and we couldn't be happier. Betty (the owner) and her crew are always on time and very thorough. I have gone through a few cleaning services the past couple years (Elite Cleaning was the last one) and Betty beats them easily in both price and quality of service. A few things that stand out: Betty herself is part of the cleaning crew. I love that the boss is always there because I believe it ensures that a detailed and thorough job is done each time. They pick up toys, etc and put them away. Most cleaning services just clean around anything that is left laying around. They make the beds and change sheets if you put a clean set out. Today I forgot to put the sheets out and they went ahead and got clean sheets out of the closet. They are fast. At first I was uneasy about how quickly they would complete the cleaning. But they've never missed a thing. Today they took about an hour to clean the entire house with 4 ladies on the crew. I've found them to be very trustworthy. They knocked a piece of artwork off the wall breaking the frame that outlined it. They hung it back up, but Betty texted to let me know what happened and she was looking to find a replacement. We hadn't even noticed that it was broken. We told her not to worry about it, but she was willing to replace it. We trust her enough to give her a key to our house as well as a code to our alarm system. Anyway, I have nothing but good things to say and highly recommend Cleaning Better Inc.

I ordered an Angie's Special ($0 discount, but still seemed like a special price) from Cleaning Better and received a call the next day from Betty to come out and look over our house. She arrived promptly the following day, explained what she would do (I was surprised that inside window cleaning and sheet replacement was included, but I'm admittedly not all that familiar with cleaning services.) Our house is about 3000 sq. ft. (and we needed some of the basement cleaned) so I was expecting that there would be some surcharge for our house. Betty apparently had no problem with what was involved and agreed to clean up a small Florida room as part of the deal. We discussed scheduling, and I explained that we needed the cleaning done the next week in prep for a couple of parties we were hosting. Betty apparently hadn't gotten that information that I had posted on Angie's, but she moved her schedule around to accommodate us. Great so far, and the quality of the subsequent cleaning matched the service I was promised. Betty and two of her employees worked on the house for about 3-1/2 hours and the results were excellent. Lots of attention to detail - all glass surfaces and light fixtures sparkled, floors were shiny, no hints of residual dust. I will definitely be using Cleaning Better in the future and highly recommend them.

These ladies save me on a weekly basis. With a house full of boys I do not know what I would do with out them!! Floors and surfaces are clean and shining. Even my closet got a ton of attention. I didn't even ask them to.

Great communication and easy to schedule. Work was done very efficiently. We liked them so much that we set up a monthly cleaning service with them. They confirmed the time and were punctual, the crew and the owner was very professional.

I found Betty on AL and contacted her though the site. She was very responsive and made an appointment for an estimate. She arrived exactly on time and I showed her around. We agreed on a price and they came to clean a few days later. She was very nice to contact me to ask if they could come 30 min before she said they'd be there. It took them longer than they quoted but I expected that because I know how long it takes to clean this place :) They did a very nice, thorough job with a few cute touches, like toilet paper folded into a bow and blankets folded creatively. They even organized several spaces, which I didn't expect and that was a very nice surprise. My son's room looked the best it ever has! I have hired Betty to come every two weeks.

They cleaned the master bath better than any service I have used. The shower looks like new. The baths and kitchen always look great when they leave. The ladies did a super job on the wood floors as well. They are very responsive - to a change, or an extra item. They change sheets when needed. I have a full finished basement with an extra BR and bath. They also do that when set up in advance for a small extra fee. I have been very pleased. The owner speaks excellent English, so there are never communication issues. I highly recommend them.

Very well. Betty and her staff are reliable, pleasant and self-sufficient. They know what they are doing and do it efficiently. They come in and get right to work. The house always smells and looks amazing when they leave. Sometimes the house needs a lot of dusting , which Betty does beautifully. She is also careful with our knick-knacks , pictures and wall-hangings. She remembers to clean behind doors, wash the mirrors, wipe doorknobs, wipe ledges, walls, etc. I definitely recommend Betty to others. We have been very happy with Betty's services.

Betty and her team have been cleaning our house for a few years. Betty always manages to make sense of my very messy house. She and her team do a great job cleaning and making the house look great. I always savor those 10 minutes every other Wednesday when I come home from work and my house is perfectly cleaned and organized! And then the tornado that is my two boys hits the house again. Luckily, week after week, Betty and her team consistently bring the house back to its full glory. The proof comes from my mother-in-law, who one day walked into my house after a cleaning (before my boys had the chance to destroy it again) and said, "Wow! What happened to this place?!" Betty and her team do a great job of straightening, organizing and cleaning every room in the house. They somehow manage to clear off my kitchen counters, which is something I've never personally accomplished. We have a shower that is entirely made up of small tiles and they are able to get the grout totally clean. Furthermore, she is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Betty and her team.

Betty and her staff are very reliable and efficient. They are flexible and are eager to accommodate in case of a change in schedule. The appropriate areas are thoroughly cleaned (although sometimes they are over-eager with bleach). They are very tolerant of a not so neat house (sometimes they neaten up so much we can't find things!) and make an effort to clean even areas that are not easy to get to or have a lot of clutter.

I've been using Betty's services since 2007....this is the second home I've owned that she's cleaned for me. I've been so impressed with her services that I've referred her to my mother, my aunt, my sister in law, and a family friend. All of them have been using her for multiple years as well. Before Betty, I tried various other services including Cleany Boppers, Merry Maids, and Molly Maids. They were significantly more expensive and did a far inferior job. The staff seemed to change every visit and things either broke or disappeared regularly. I have not had to worry about that for nearly 9 years now and it is a wonderful feeling. I highly recommend Betty and Cleaning Better, Inc.

I've used Cleaning Better services for 3 years. Betty or her staff have cleaned my 3 bedroom townhouse and then my condo when I moved. In the three years I've used her cleaning service I have not had any complaints. I have complete trust in having her clean my place while I am at work. She is very professional, courteous and trustworthy.

Her response time is always amazing and her girls clean and schedule around my schedule as well. I started using her services when I was pregnant and took a break to save finances after the baby. I just had to go back to using her because they are so thorough and it is nice coming home to a clean house in the middle of the week. Her staff is so professional and friendly and they leave cute little things such as the toilet paper roll folded in a triangle and the curtains put in a bow! Sweet touches to make me smile! I highly recommend her services to anyone!
