She is an outright liar and if you read her claims, I hope this forewarns anyone considering to use her services to think twice as she is very dishonest.
She was paid. I have offered to provide Angie's List the cancelled checks.
She did know her employee knocked the light fixture in the bathroom off the wall. How could any intelligent person believe she was unaware? Only one of the shades was broken, but all four had to be replaced. Again, she said it was not her fault as the fixture was improperly mounted. They left the fixture with the broken glass shade on the counter.
I've lived in this house 10-years and never had a roommate. Another lie.
And besides, she only cleaned on bedroom and one bathroom upstairs as the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom were not in use. And, she said it was not part of her initial quote. Surprise!
I never had 3-large dogs. Another lie.
My neighbors had no reason to lie about the smoking. What would they have to gain from it?
What I found most disturbing was the violent letter left on my door after I asked her not to return. I hope it is still in my files because I will forward it to Angie's list.
Why did I wait so long? I just saw her ad posted for the first time and thought it was the only responsible thing to do.

"I am the owner of this company and when I got this review on my site I would like to clarify that this is sad that people have nothing better to do then to lie and write horrible statements about a small company. Its been over 4 years since we cleaned for [member name removed] and it was only twice that we offered our services, we ask for payment upon services and [member name removed] went without paying my company, if this cleaning was so horrific , why did she wait over 4 years to write a review.. We cleaned [member name removed] twice and my employees have been with my company for over 13 years and none of my staff smokes , with that said not sure where the smoke was coming from .We are a professional cleaning service and not sure what the issue is but if something was broke we were not aware of it and would had gladly paid for it, but it was never brought to our attention , there were several room mates and 3 huge dogs??? Also we do not disrespect customers refrigerator or eat there food. I stand strong behind my successful company and know there is always one bad apple in the bunch, I am not sure why she waited over 4 years but I state that her allegations are false.."
