 + -1 moreDo It Right Cleaning is a very professional cleaning service with an outstanding staff. I am impressed with there color code uniforms and there mannerisms. I have been with this Cleaning Service since 2005 and I find them to be detailed in there cleaning and time is never a factor. They are punctual every 2 weeks and I personally have had the same staff since I started with them in 2005. I like that the same staff is in my home always . I will continue to stay as happy as I am with my girls as I call them and would recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: Do It Right Cleaning came and gave me an estimate, she wrote down all my likes and dis likes. I explained that I have cats , she welcomed cats and offered to vacuum the furniture, The estimate worked out perfect , she gave me a reference list and I called 3 of her customers and they all had excellent remarks, we hired her on 6-1-2005

 + -1 moreI would like to provide an answer to the owner of Do It Right Cleaning. She is an outright liar and if you read her claims, I hope this forewarns anyone considering to use her services to think twice as she is very dishonest. She was paid. I have offered to provide Angie's List the cancelled checks. She did know her employee knocked the light fixture in the bathroom off the wall. How could any intelligent person believe she was unaware? Only one of the shades was broken, but all four had to be replaced. Again, she said it was not her fault as the fixture was improperly mounted. They left the fixture with the broken glass shade on the counter. I've lived in this house 10-years and never had a roommate. Another lie. And besides, she only cleaned on bedroom and one bathroom upstairs as the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom were not in use. And, she said it was not part of her initial quote. Surprise! I never had 3-large dogs. Another lie. My neighbors had no reason to lie about the smoking. What would they have to gain from it? What I found most disturbing was the violent letter left on my door after I asked her not to return. I hope it is still in my files because I will forward it to Angie's list. Why did I wait so long? I just saw her ad posted for the first time and thought it was the only responsible thing to do. Unbelievable.
Description of Work: Her team would smoke in my house while I was at work. My neighbors said they saw clouds of smoke coming out of the windows. They would also eat the food out of my cabinets and fridge throwing the microwaveable containers in the trash when they were done. And no, they did not empty the trash. They broke the light fixture in the bathroom. She is supposed to be licensed, bonded, and insured and did not replace, repair, or reimburse for the fixture. In fact, Teresa blamed it on me, the homeowner that I had the fixture improperly mounted on the wall. The description you get is detailed cleaning, moving furniture to vacuum, doing floor boards, etc. The first time, yes. The second and third times - no, there was less and less cleaning getting done. When I cancelled her services, the owner, Teresa Gray, left a disturbingly violent letter tacked to my door and did not leave the keys as I had requested. I had to get the locks changed on my door. I received the keys in the mail 2-3 weeks later. Beware.

 + -1 moreThey are flexible and are willing to come once a week, every two weeks, every month or whatever I need. They do a good job, not a great job. A lot of other companies charge more.
Description of Work: We use Do It Right Cleaning for full service housecleaning. She cleans the floors, the counters in the kitchen, the bathrooms and everywhere. We have a 4-bedroom 2 1/2 bath house.
