Excellent customer service and very timely scheduling of my job. I wasn't sure the tile surrounding the tub could be refinished but after calling customer service, they sent a technician out that day to check the condition of my tile first. I was thrilled that they were able to do both the tub and tile - it looks amazing!

I am giving Tub Glazers a five star rating mostly because Eric is very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job Reglazing my tub. He informed me on how to clean the tub so that the new glaze will last for years. He recommended cleaners that are environmentally safe, which is important to me. Eric was so great on the phone and excellent customer service. Eliseo was AMAZING!!!! I would suggest everyone ask for him from the company. He was patient and did a great job with my damaged tub. I cannot wait to use my new tub. I feel wonderful. :)

They were timely, did a great job, cleaned up and the gentlemen were very nice and answered any questions that I asked.

These guys were remarkable. Tub looks brand new. They grouted other areas of tub for me and did some other touches. The bathroom was spotless when they left.

If I could, I would rate their customer service 10. They are very concerned about making sure their customers are happy with their product. I am selling my condo and wanted my tub to look as new as possible. I recently had my tub recoated and they sent someone out very quickly to address a minor issue on the tub. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Very professional and polite. Bathtub looks new. Also had fiberglass shower pan reglazed not sure how well that will hold up but it looks nice. Happy with the job and service I received. Everyone was professional, responsive and polite.
