The exterior of my home is stone, stucco, and siding. The home is 200 years old and was built by German Quakers. Since the age of the house's stucco was a concern, Eric and his helper hand washed all of stucco. The rest was power washed. Eric did an outstanding job. All looks fresh with no more green mold. I especially appreciated how he understood my concern with stucco, adapted his materials and labor, and successfully removed the mold. S.G.F., Elkton, MD

I needed someone to power wash my home's siding, deck and front walkway/steps. Wade's Home Services, Ltd., wasn't the least (or most) expensive pro available, but I was impressed by all of the positive reviews so I put them down as an option. I'm so glad I did! Eric contacted me within an hour or so, came by the house to give me an estimate and we set a date for when the work would be done. When I came home this afternoon, I barely recognized my own house! The walkway and front steps are concrete and they haven't looked this clean since the day we moved in. The deck looks terrific, too! And all of the mildew on the siding is completely gone - making me (and my homeowner's association) very happy. Moreover, I have a small concrete pad below my rear deck that we never even discussed cleaning, but Eric actually went out of his way to move some junk that was on it and he power washed that area as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the work and Eric is extremely easy to communicate with. I highly recommend WHS, Ltd. to all those looking for an honest, reliable professional who takes pride in doing the job well. I will definitely be hiring Eric again for other projects!
