We also use them for boarding. It was affordable. I wasn?t overpriced, it?s about market. The staff is friendly, the vets are very friendly and informative. I think the only thing to really focus on, is to make sure you have an appointment and show up on time. Absolutely no wait time, I think they actually took me a little bit early, cause I am normally early to things. They were very gentle with the pets. I have on puppy that does not socialize very well and they are very kindly of that and took care to work around that. With me, they just make sure that I understood everything they were doing and proceeded to explain the process. What keeps me going back to Noah?s Ark? We?ve just had good experiences there and the dogs know them.

I give them an A all the way across the board. They educated me on things that you should do with animal, pet that you need to actually put to rest and they took care of me. I wanted to prolong the life of a dog you know like listen this is what you really should do and you know even though you don't want to, you should maybe, they really helped me out there.

We are very satisfied with them. When you get there it is pretty quick and easy to get an appointment.

We’ve been using them for years so we are continuing customers. They’ve been always considerate, on time with the appointments and always treated the dogs well.

They are very gentle and they treat your animal like they really are a member of the family and they give them your last name. They really love animals. They probably are a little more expensive than others in the area, but they are nicer one and I like the quality of service. They are just a really good vet. Over the last 8 years I've always used them for my pets.

Not very organized or friendly. When picking my dog up, they couldnt find him. They had put him in a different cage then they had written down the number for. Didnt like that the boarding cages were stacked, so my dog was sleeping on top of another dogs cage.

It went fine. No issues. Just over priced. The staff was nice to me, but a lady from the back came out complianing about how dirty the grooming area was - and she worked there! Made me reconsider ever taking my dog. I would also NOT recommend it for boarding, poor conditions.

They usually do a good job of grooming. Karen always asks about how you want them clipped. The dogs seem to like all the people there. My only reservation is about disinfection and cleaning. Twice I have had my dogs contract kennel cough after boarding. I also have had one episode of eye infection after boarding. They do have dog day care but even after they observe your dog interacting with other people and dogs, if you haven't been there in a while you have to start over. My day care needs are not consistent enough for that. I want my dogs to play not be kept in a kennel.

I usually go here to pick up a brand of grain free dog food which is difficult to find anywhere else. Once, about a year ago, we boarded our dogs and cats there when we were having work done to the house. The staff was cheerful and efficient, and they took very good care of our crew - no complaints! The facility is always clean and well organized whenever I visit.

They are very professional and answered all of our questions prior to making an appointment. They gave us a lot of options such as indoor and outdoor running area. We were very pleased.

Let me start off with mentioning that it was an off day due to their air conditioning being broken and it being a 100 degree day. The staff was rather short and not friendly at all. One of my cats jumped off of the exam table and chipped a tooth. The technician was relieved to know that it was my cat that fell and not their scale. Her not caring about my cat falling was really upsetting. He chipped a tooth as a result of the fall. If he was properly handled, he would not have fallen. The rest of the visit was fairly normal with the exception of everyone being pretty short, most likely due to the heat. I asked several times for a recommendation for a food to give my cats, since one of them developed crystals from my current food. I never received a direct answer, and they recommended their prescription food which they informed me that they only mark up 20%. They informed me the manufacturer recommends a 30% markup, and other vets go up to 60% markup. I believe this is something you shouldn't tell a customer. At the end of the visit, I still never received an apology for my cats newly developed injury. As a result of this, and the unfriendly atmosphere, I will not be going back to this vet.

Went great--boarding staff were sweet to the dogs and the vets are both knowledgable and caring. they didn't mind my calls to check up on them while we were gone.

Our pup is always happy after a day there, and happy to return when we bring her there. The groomers do an excellent job with her, we usually get nails, anal glands, ears, etc. all done, along with an oatmeal bath and some trimming. This past time we asked for more of a cut to get her ready for the summer and they really did a nice job trimming the hair where its the longest/heaviest, without shaving her. I didn't want her shaved because i heard it can grow back differently, and they did just the right amount! We've received several compliments on how she looks, and have even referred her to strangers we've met out walking who have asked where we take her. Making an appointment is always easy, they're very accommodating. And we also get a call when she is ready for pick up, they're flexible and keep her until after I am off work and can pick her up. I also like that we get a report card regarding her behavior and more! We plan on bringing her back again!

Overall very good experience. It is a bit far from the city and the hours are constrictive if you are working, but otherwise very good experience.

The service and facility was fine. Their pricing was comparable to what was around. The staff seemed professional.

I showed up with my dog and some dog shampoo. I paid first, and an employee took me a back room with a row of dog washing tubs against the wall. The same room also held several cages -- some empty, and some occupied by dogs. The employee attached a ramp to a middle tub so that I wouldn't have to lift my 70 pound dog. I got my dog to walk up the ramp and into the tub, and then slid the metal panel into the slot to "close the tub door". There was a hook with a mini-leash attached to it that I looped around my dog's neck so that she couldn't jump out of the tub. I adjusted the water temperature and wetted my dog down. I turned the water off when I soaped her up. I had to readjust the water temperature again before rinsing her. After the bath, I dried my dog with one of the facility's towels. I didn't bother with the dryer; I took my dog home damp. I would say that this is a great value for $10 as long as you have a cooperative dog. I also have a less-cooperative male dog who gets too agitated by the other dogs in the cages. I've learned to take him a more distant do-it-yourself dogwash facility with more privacy (and higher cost).

We have been taking our dogs to Noah's Ark for almost 10 years. We use their boarding and doggy day care services, and have used rehabilitation services in the past (for an elderly dog that has since passed.) The care they provide is outstanding! They are very professional, and genuinely care about our "canine kids."

Always prompt @ the desk when arriving. Only time I couldn't board is if I waited too long to call prior to a big holiday. All the staff truly love the animals and I thought their prices were very reasonable.

Hard to get rid of but ALL the staff, including the vets, were very helpful and friendly. We finally got it under control and will be taking her back soon for some more of her annual shots and a check up. Couldn't think of a better place to take a pet. Our dogs love the vet techs and the vets.

We won't use them again. When we picked up our dog, she had been cleaned up and there were actually some feces on her fur. So we asked about the situation and to give us notes about her time there. She was just a puppy and it was her first time being boarded. They said that they didn’t have any notes; no news was good news. They said that if there were no notes then everything was fine. We knew that something has happened because there were feces on her fur and they had obviously cleaned it up. I didn’t know if they were an honest business or not. I certainly won't take my dog back to them. Their price was pretty reasonable.
