They got the repair done quickly and at a good price

I hired this company to enhance the heating in my lower level so that elderly in-laws, who are consistently cold, could occupy the space. They installed two electric baseboard heaters however after completing the job and being paid I discovered that the maximum temperature the heaters could reach was 75 degrees. I called the estimator and he said this was a mistake and he would check into it and get back to me. He never called me back. I then tried to contact the owner(s) of the company. They will not return any of my calls. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The ultimate irony is that on their business card it states, "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" - WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

David and Cortez spent the whole day at my home. Ashton and JP were very helpful in getting the scheduling done. Kudos to the entire staff and I would recommend them.

Included a followup call to confirm name and time of arrival for the electrician. Very happy with the service and happy to recommend them.

We had two issues with our stand alone generator, one mechanical and one electrical, so I initially was not sure who the correct company would be to call upon for service. It turns out that Bailey & Shipp Electric were the right call for the job. I was quite impressed by the timeliness and knowledge of service. Through the years we've hired many contractors for various residential service only to set a low expectations for others. Matt from Bailey & Shipp proved to us that there are still company's around that shine above the rest. We would highly recommend this company to others.

Work was great, technician was professional, on time , and cleaned up. The only issue I had was the invoice. I had a hot tub wired up and was told $125.00 an hour and I was fine with that then I asked if I could fill the tub the night before so we could test it when the tech was done and I was told to wait until he got here. When the tech arrived I explained that I was told to not fill the tub until you arrived and he responded saying "I don't know why they told you that it would have been fine to fill it"So the tech was completed in two hours and I asked for the amount and it was first $500.00. I explained to the tech the agreed price and he called back to the office to which the reply was he said he would drop it to $375 since he had to wait for the tub to fill to test it and by then it would be three hours. So I paid an additional $125.00 to have someone watch my tub fill with water. I sent an email to mr. Shipp and explained but received no response.i would say they are a good company technically, bad when it comes to the customer service side of the house. Just make sure you get a quoted iron clad price before the work is accomplished
