Description of Work: We were very pleased with the price quoted for the service. We had two services performed in April and then did not hear from the provider until September, and that was only after several attempts to contact him. He claimed he had been sick, but I was upset that he had not even phoned us to tell us he could not come until the Fall. He also sent us a quote to do a reseeding. I tried on numerous occasions to contact him to get additional information and never heard from him. Not sure if he is too busy to respond, or what the reason is, but I am having grave doubts about using him again, when I cannot depend on him to keep in touch with us.

Description of Work: They showed up and did treat the lawn. The Service I purchased said that it would be 2 treatments. Within a few weeks we had weeds growing in certain areas, almost like they missed it. To be fair, I've been so busy - I have not contacted them about it. I have used them before and they did 2 treatments at the same time (which confuses me because they don't list it that way) and it was amazing. I contracted them again based on successful results even if the method was not as expected.

Description of Work: I requested a dandelion treatment for our lawn. The owner contacted me, I provided him with dates and he was here three days later and promptly treated the lawn. He was polite, courteous, and quite efficient. Three weeks later I have no dandelions, just as he promised!

Description of Work: Good experience. Gentleman arrived on time and eplained what he would do. I showed him the area to be treated. He knocked on the door to tell me he was finished and I should see results in 7 to 10 days. Less than a week later, dandelions were gone!!
