The Arborcare Tree Experts, Inc. team arrived early, which honestly was a pleasant surprise. They were friendly, professional, expedient, and thorough. Clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Arborcare Tree Experts!

This was my first time using HomeAdvisor. I needed to have 4 trees removed, several saplings taken out and overgrown forsythia and bushes trimmed. I received a visit and a free estimate by the next afternoon and the work was done in 4 hours on the day after that!! Everything was done exactly as I had wanted, removal and cleanup was immaculate and the folks at Arborcare could not have been nicer to deal with. Chris oversaw the work and I could not have been more pleased with the fast, prompt and efficient service they provided. I know now who to call when I need more work like this done! Would very highly recommend.

Had this project done at my daughter's house; we live out of state. They gave us a step by step description, along with pictures as they were doing the job. Excellent customer service!!!

Customer service was the worst ever, they moved my appointment twice took 10 days to get here. The salesman said they would be here in a day or two. the price was on the high end but for the fast service i decided to go with them. ( the fast service didn't happen). And to top it off i had to fight with them to clean up their mess.

Those young men did a great job and were very polite. Now are our go to for tree service.

Scheduling was a little confusing. One representative came out and gave a verbal estimate, then another came out and provided a written and email estimate. i called the office and scheduled an appointment, then received calls from the office about scheduling an appointment. Work was delayed because of weather but they came out soon after and performed the work. A week later another crew showed up to cut the tree down. Other than that, they came out, removed the tree as well as branches I had cut before calling them. I will use them again next time I need a large tree cut.

I hired another Home Advisor pro, Smith's Tree Service who did an excellent job at a better price

I was satisfied with the initial service and asked them to return to give me an estimate for another tree removal program. I was told that an estimator would be at my house on Friday. No one showed up and I waited all day. No one has contacted me since. It appears that they no longer wish to help me in my project.. I am disappointed in their reaction to me andmy projects. I reiterate that the initial team did a good job and were pleasant in all manners.

If I had a complaint it was the man that removed the stump didn't check his work, for he say the stump was out, but when I checked behind him some of the stump was still there, so he got at it again, you'er paying for a job don't be scared to check that the work is done right. They left debris in my mulch bed, They should cover or you should cover.

Estimate was performed and work was completed as described. Office staff were pleasant and coordinated payment seamlessly when work was completed. Office kept me informed all along until crew was on sight and work was completed.

Arbor Care Tree Experts, Inc. we're very easy to work with. I had to postpone my original date, they were very accommodating in setting up a new date. They showed up on time on my second date and began to work first doing setup and then in cutting down the tree. I had several estimates and they were the only ones to mention that BGE needed to come and take down a wire before they could work. This and their price were why I hired them. I would definitely recommend them.
