due to the demand of our project there was a small miss on two stumps. They coordinated a time convenient for us and returned with a truck load of chips. excellent service.

Use services of licensed, bonded contractor. Licensed in state of work. Develop simple, concise scope of work and cost estimate agreeded upon by all parties. Pass same scope of work to multi contractors seek bids from interested parties. Agree upon start finish dates and owner not obligated to accept any bid and can accept any bid, not necessarily low bid. Talk to only one contractor representative and home owner during contract execution. More items can be added.

super easy to deal with along with the best price. Good follow up quick service and did exactly what they said they would do. Left my yard in great condition, very happy with the service from the office staff to the crew that performed the work.

They had to avoid 2 sheds, my neighbors lilac tree in order to remove my tree. Diego was the man who did the actual cutting and he had three co-workers to lug away the tree and help direct the falls. They did a great job. My neighbor has already requested their service.

They came quickly and cleared up a mess of a tree and branches that BGE cutdown because it hit a power line and caught on fire. I appreciated how fast they were because I had just moved into the house that week and one neighbor gave me a hard time about the branches in the alley (that were against my fence) .

I attempted to get 3 estimates for this job. Even gave one company 2 attempts to show up. Arborcare came right away to do the estimate and was able to come back to do the job shortly after. They were able to take the tree down and grind the stump, all by working around a shed, basketball pole and septic tank. Good job done by the crew.

From start to finish, this company excelled! Wes came out to give me an estimate. It was a very fair price for taking down six trees, grinding the stumps and cutting the wood for firewood. The day of the service, they were on time. Everyone was very friendly. They worked carefully and quite hard for almost 12 hours! The men were very well protected. The clean up was great. I am so pleased with their work! I wish I'd known about them years ago!!
