Refinished my floors to brand new! When pulling up carpet found and repaired worn wooden planks. Also installed new hardwood in a different area that wasn’t original hardwood. Customer service was excellent and I will use again!

I had new subfloors and floors put down in the kitchen, dining room, hall, and 3 bedrooms. The subfloors were cut inside the home which clogged my HVAC system, knocking out my AC. I had to pay $550 for a new blower. Tim Walsh refused to pay for it. The kitchen flooring is a floating floor, which Tim Walsh purchased from Wood Floors Plus in Dundalk. His office insisted I go there instead of Home Depot. The corners of the tiles stick upright by the fridge as you step in from the dining room. The edges of the tiles have broken off, which he also saw. Near the pantry door, the tiles sink down. Tim did not have an explanation for the sinking down with new 3/4 inch subfloors. On inspection, he agreed that the flooring is defective and then sent me a $1300 invoice to re-do the kitchen floors. I told him he needs to replace the kitchen flooring at no charge, and he refuses. The corners of the kitchen flooring are a trip hazard. I am now on crutches and want the $1300 from him to get someone else to put in flooring because I am afraid of falling. I am out $550 for the blower after having spent a lot of money with him on the rest of the house.

Their workmanship is superb and the job was done with respect for our Condo rule and with high class efficiency The crew were all professional , abiding with Covid rules and the clean up after work was also excellent. The company is so honest and understanding the customer's needs and gave us great price breaks for the tiles not being replaced and for reduced labor hours. Premier was prompt to reach out after I completed an interest form. The process moved quickly from start to finish. The owner, Tom, came out to do the estimate. He’s been in the business for 30 years and was clearly knowledgeable about the industry. His assistant Dana had a quote to me within 30 minutes of his visit. The work was done well and done quickly (2 days for the first floor of our townhome). The workers kept the space clean and did a great job vacuuming the dust after. The floors themselves look phenomenal. Overall, Premier has been extremely professional and pleasant to work with. The owner even scheduled an appointment to check on the floors to make sure they were up to his standards. Cannot recommend them enough!

Floor repair team came in on the weekend to get the repairs done before the kitchen install began that Monday. They refinished a floor that the prior owner had had refinished. That job didn't get the stain and finish under the heating registers. Premier fixed that without even being asked. Shoe moldings were skillfully cut. Floor repairs are seamless. Floor looks brand new. Scheduler called ahead so I would know who was coming and when. I would hire Premier again in an instant.

I would give Premier an A+ for their exceptional customer service and a job well done. The owner, Tim, was able to promptly come to my home for an estimate on a tight timeline. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through all of my flooring options to make an educated decision on how to move forward. Dana helped schedule and communicate all details leading up to, during and following the project. I also had a great experience working with Saul who was the lead on the project crew. Saul and crew were understanding that I recently had my house painted and were able to keep the job site clean while resurfacing all the upstairs floors and deliver a great job. I would very much recommend Premier for their flooring services.

AMAZING customer service. After researching dozens of local flooring companies and having several in person estimates done, we chose Premier Hardwood Floors for the job in our new home. The owner came out in person and did a very thorough estimate. He was very pleasant, professional, and a wealth of information. Something that we also liked and made us feel more comfortable was that, unlike almost every other person who came out, he didnâ t make us feel rushed, took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and explain the process to us. They are super flexible and understanding, and their flooring specialists were very professional and careful in our home. They did an unbelievable job on the floors and we are so happy with their work. They look better than we ever imagined they would. We worked with Dana throughout the process to coordinate the work and she is absolutely wonderful and the highlight of our experience. We went looking for someone to refinish our floors and got the bonus of top notch customer service too! We would highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs.

The crew of 2 showed up at the right time. They explained what the work order involved.. They worked throughout the day, with no interruption to our schedule. They completed the entire project in one day. Before leaving they thoroughly cleaned the entire area. Totally satisfied with the finished product. Great experience, and at a good price. We hired them to refinish our oak hardwood floors in our kitchen. They went out of their way to match the sheen on the pine floors in other adjoining rooms to improve the look. They did a fabulous job and we think our kitchen floors look better now than when they were installed brand new. Highly recommend this company!

We had problems with several companies before hiring this one with scheduling they would tell me a day and not show up. This company told me a day and they showed up and got the job done. Very happy !

The refinish on the wood floors was beautifully done; however the shoe molding was not caulked and painted white as stated in the contract. Dana provided excellent customer service.

Scheduling an estimate was a breeze. Mr Tim was knowledgeable and I felt he was genuine with his recommendation of what was needed to finish my floors. I did not believe he was just trying to up sell me or suggest un necessary services and that is important to me as a woman consumer. The crew arrived timely with mask on and started working. The end result was amazing. Dana is a rock star! She was very helpful and patience in answering my questions. The final payment was not drafted until I was able to check the work and confirm I was satisfied...when has a company ever done that? My only complaint is they did not warn me that I would fall in love with my home again and start buying new furniture. I will definitely use this company again and already referred my family. I would highly recommend Premier for hardwood refinishing. Quick and thorough inspection and estimate and scheduling. Good, professional and friendly communication throughout the process. Only hiccup was the crew not showing on time, but a call to the office took care of it and they stayed late to complete the work. I am so pleased with the finished product that I just like to stand and look at it. Thank you to Tim, Dana, Luis and all at Premier for a job well done.

Very professional service all around from Tim's presentation and explanation, to Dana's organization, and Benjamin and the crew's performance. The pine floors under the wall to wall carpet were easily sanded and the stain was predictable. The surprise of maple floors under the paint in the kitchen was more difficult to refinish and the stain less predictable. Benjamin showed our three stain picks initially on an area of newly sanded floor and then mixed stains and gave us four new choices with a perfect result for the one we chose. The floors are smooth and even all the way to the edges. They look like new... outstanding results!

Value for the money for sure! These folks came in at a super reasonable price compared to other quotes we got that were outrageous. We had two rooms completed in one 9-hour day! The workers were quick, knowledgable, and did a fantastic job! Sometimes I just stand in the rooms admiring the floors they were done so well. We plan on hiring the company again in the next few months to finish some of our remaining rooms. We can't wait!

Dana, owner and staff are total professionals. I had to replace a prior contractor and thank God for Premier Hardwood Floors!!! They did an amazing job!! The floors are gorgeous!!!
