Floors look amazing

I hired them to repair and refinish hardwood floors at my rental property that were damaged by previous tenants. Tim came to my house, explained options, and made recommendations. He was honest and didn't oversell any aspect. His price estimate was competitive with others. I faxed over my signed quote on Friday and Ocie scheduled me for Monday morning. On the first day, Tim stopped by right as the worker was complaining about the amount of staples in the floor but Tim jumped right in and started removing them. Although the work crew was not that friendly, the work was done beautifully. They did a great job of repairing, blending to match the existing, and minimizing the work to keep it to a minimum. I would recommend them again.

They were quick and on timw with initial visit. They were reasonable in price.

Excellent work. Job was done while we were away and it was perfect when we returned. Price is reasonable and quality is excellent.

Communication was a constant struggle. It would often take days before the rep would get back to me. During his initial visit, we requested our floors to be the same finish (gloss) However the rep put semi-gloss on the contract. The first crew that came out was suppose to to arrive between 8-9 am. They were Late not arriving until 9:40. They did not disconnect / reconnect toilet sink or fridge as stated in the contract, and it was difficult communicating with them as they spoke very little English. The company had to come back out for a second day to do under the appliances & toilet and correct the finish to gloss. The 2nd crew did a much better job. However when I got the final invoice, the rep charged an additional $175. for a 2nd visit. Again Very Poor Communication and after a lengthy phone conversation he agree to reduce the charge by half. The floors are still not exactly what we wanted and they do not look "new"... just adequate.

Update: After numerous unanwsered emails and this reveiw, i finally got a check for the work not done. So ignoire the statments below. lesson learned: don;t use your credt card!! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!! DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD! I gave them my credit card and they over charged me over $500 for work that was not done. Have tried numerious time to contact and no responce. Seems like a scam to me chck out where there office is! Not there. Be aware and do not trust

When I walked into my house I was totally amazed at the difference in my dining room. The floor looked new and the repair was not even noticeable. The finisher and his helper moved all the furniture and did not leave a mess when they finished. I am more than pleased and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their floors done professionally and at a reasonable price.
