Quality, professional and on time.

The team was prompt and professional. There was one issue with a door not being replaced correctly. No issues; team came back out and fixed the problem immediately. Love the look of my refinished floors; previously covered with carpet and splattered with paint underneath. Work is beautiful!

Great company when they are trying to get your business. Tim and Christina came out to do an estimate for the job. The job was invoiced and a date was set to do the job. I faxed over my signed invoice to ok the on job on or around Oct. 5th. Did not hear from Christina until Oct. 8th around 7:00 am. Rushed over the colors I wanted to use for the floors with the down payment. Within two hours the contractor were here to do the job. Contractors wanted to charge me more money because there were a lot of nails in the floor. I refused to pay because I had signed and sealed the contract. I chose two stain colors, red mahogany and mesquite red. The steps was done in mesquite red. The step floor molding does not match the steps. The contractor did all the floor molding in red mahogany . Also, the company was to suppose to come back to my per Tim to fix what didn't get done and change the color of the floor molding on the steps. The contractor did not have enough crown molding to go behind the radiator, so he cut the crown molding and only use what one can see. Tim promise that could fix the loose slack of wood near the entrance of the bathroom floor. The floors look nice but I wished Premier would have completed the job as promised. After all, I did pay the completed invoice price.

I don't know how to rate this company because they really didn't do any of the service work. They farmed out our job to another company so basically I paid Premier Hardwood for finding someone else to do the job. I was very disappointed in this. However, Tim was very informative when he came to do the installation and Cris worked with me on pricing and payments. Beware this company may not do the work. Had I known this I probably could have saved hundreds by going directly to the company/contractor who actually did the work.

Handled everything without drama. Hit deadlines and performed work beautifully.

I am very pleased with the work done. These are the original 1955 floors and they now look amazing! All the spots are gone - they look new. The guys even got into the nooks and crannies of the closets and made it all look great. I was able to stay in the house in the basement and back porch during the work. The smell of the oil-based sealer was a bit overpowering the first few hours but that's when I retreated to the porch!

Excellent job - they put up plastic sheeting to seal off other areas of the house and there was no dust in those areas afterwards. The refinished floor looks beautiful.

We needed an emergency repair on a holiday weekend and Premier delivered for us. Very professional, and we could not tell the difference between the repair and the original wood. Very clean and polite. Very knowledgeable about wood floors. Highly recommended!!

Premier delivered what they said they would on the time frame that they gave me. The finished product is excellent.

The floors installed in my home are beautiful. They are very professional and efficient. I will be using them for other home projects. The service is great. would recommend this company to perform flooring services.

Job was to take 1.5 days and took 4 days. After job completed floor did not have high gloss shine we paid for. Had to return and put down another coat which helped a little. Think problem was that they over sanded which left floors looking wavy.

They were exceptionally prompt and professional, supplying photos, updates, and advice along the way. Though the price was expensive, they were worth it.

Floors look great; completed within a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was the best I found. Great Job!
