Though they had to complete the job in one day instead of two--as--planned--they did it and did a beautiful job. There was VERY LITTLE waste. The workers were fast, polite and skilled. We are very happy with the results !!

Staff was reliable but owner, Tim Walsh, was not. He was to replace a sprinkler cover and assure the functioning of the unit sprinkler system, but he did not. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but he did not respond to them.

The primary reason I chose this contractor was cost. But I turned out to also be very pleased with the customer service. The project only took about 2 weeks from first contact to completion. My project was small so I was concerned that I wouldn't get total involvement and interest. But I was given prompt and efficient service. I'm very please with both the final product and the process of completing the project.

I pulled up carpeting that was present when I purchased my home that was built in 1924. The floors looked really bad. There was a lot of paint and grime. There were also lots of boards that needed to be replaced. Tim came to give me an estimate and assured me that the floors would look great when he finished. He did not exaggerate. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. He explained everything in detail to me and I did not feel like he was rushing through the initial appointment like I did with 2 other companies that came out to my home. I am showing everyone at work the before and after pictures. I would definitely recommend them.
