Description of Work: Dry wall repair, changed faucets in a few bathrooms, repaired broken stair and fixed coat closet doors. Reynaldo was great. I spoke with him this week asking if he could come and do some work in my house before Friday because we have out of town family coming in Friday evening. Reynaldo was very considerate and did everything possible to come before Friday before my family comes to town. Reynaldo and his other worker came today and did an excellent job. He is professional and personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing handyman services.

Description of Work: I had 3 rooms and all woodwork painted. They also re-caulked about 200ft of crown molding that had open seams. It took about 2.5 days, they were excellent in both painting and clean up. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The painters were very professional, they arrived on time each day. We had to walls that needed sanding due to wall mounts being there from the previous owner who did lousy job of patching up the wall. The painters did an awesome job they walls looked great after they were done.If you are looking for painters I highly recommend RM Construction.

Description of Work: I bought a painter for a day coupon from RM Construction on Angie's list. You get 8 hours of painting service. I supplied the paint; they provided the caulking and labor. It took a while to get the service scheduled but that was partly my fault and partly theirs. But once they finally arrived to do the work, they did an excellent job. | |They painted the exterior of my home -- I have a two-story architectural wooden arch piece on my doorway, very high up. They added wood-filler where necessary, caulked, and painted it. Did a beautiful job. They also did the same for the trim around my double garage door. Took about 6 hours but at one point two people were on the job because of the tall ladder they had to use. All in all it worked out well. I'm very happy with the job they performed. I would definitely hire them again...and definitely will do so when I do some interior painting.

 + 1 moreRM was called in after a previous contractor started the work in an unprofessional manner and was removed from the job. Reynaldo's team was friendly and competent, making sure to put down drop cloths before scraping and prepping work began. They demonstrated care in their cuts and other finish work. You could tell they genuinely cared about the finished product--both seen and unseen parts of the job. After the job was complete, we had a couple of punch list items that Reynaldo was responsive in addressing promptly. The devil is in the details with most renovation and repair projects, and Reynaldo and team excel in seeing and addressing all the minutiae. Worth every penny and would highly recommend RM and Reynaldo.
Description of Work: Screen Porch: removed all rotted wood. Installed PVC to replace all wood on porch. Rescreened all windows, replaced screen door, repainted porch floor Front door trim: removed rotten wood; installed PVC fluted trim work. Repainted all trim around door and concrete threshold. Prep and paint all exterior wood trim: facia, dental, rake, and siding.

 + -1 moreReynaldo and his company are dilligent, considerate, and highly professional. From estimation to project completion, Reynaldo and his team are available and responsive. They are the contractors you wish you get every time - drop cloths, shoe booties, cleaning up and leaving the job site better than they found it--generally treating your home as they would theirs. We hired RM to install six security cameras. The project required a run to a detached garage, masonry drilling, and conduit/wiremold installation. Reynaldo estimated the project would take two days and was spot on in his estimate. The team arrived promptly, provided all required equipment (we've had other contractors who ask to borrow ladders, etc. upon arrival), worked efficiently, asked for our input and feedback, and cleaned up as they worked. Outcome: we will hire RM again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Installation of home security camera system, including six cameras, conduit, cabling, positioning and testing.

He assessed the situation and made some recommendations and decisions based on the particulars of my walls, etc. The deal I purchased was for an hour, but the job took a little over an hour and a half. Despite that, Reynaldo refused to take any extra money. I am very happy with the results; the medicine cabinet feels solidly anchored to the wall. Never could have done this myself.
