Description of Work: housecleaning services. The team was prompt(event early) and completed the work in a timely manner. They did all that I asked them to do. I will have to check their regular prices since this was a one time offer.

Description of Work: I have been using Maids in USA for nearly 22 years - in 3 different homes I have lived in. When I first started using them the company was just getting started - owned by a very wonderful lady with a tough work ethic- and they did a very good job. Eventually the company was sold and I have noticed the quality gradually declining over the years. I have them come in once every 4 weeks. They do a very superficial job of dusting and vacuuming, only focusing on visible surfaces and sometimes those are missed as well. Kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned ok. I never feel as though they have done a deep thorough cleaning. Granted my house has been messy and I haven't always had a chance to clean up before their arrival. That said, they don't lift any of the mess or tidy up - just superficially clean around it. I used to be able to come home from work and the house smelled clean; that's no longer the case. I'm seriously considering switching to a new service.
