gutter repair
+ -1 moreCalled the company to get an estimate and didn't get a return call. Called again later and spoke to a rep who said he wouldn't send anyone out for an estimate, he could do that over the phone based upon the length of gutters. Set up an appointment to have the work done. I called the day before the appointment to get a time window, left a message and no return call. Waited all the following day for the crew no one showed up. Left another message on an answering machine about the missed appointment. A rep called 2 days later asking about the message I had left about the no-show. He said they were very busy no apology and no explanation. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this company. Go to Angie's List like I later did and get someone reliable and professional.
Description of Work: No work was done. They never showed up! Unreliable and unprofessional.
