Rudy and his company are first rate. I have had area rugs cleaned in the past by others, but never had them come back as clean as with M&A. Their workmanship, customer service, and pricing are simple excellent. And they are very nice people as well. This is the only company I will use for cleaning rugs in the future.

Prompt response, very reasonable rates, and flexible. Were willing to work with me on scope of the project. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone, but we scheduled an on-site estimate and they were able to start/complete work the same day. Great job on heavily stained/soiled areas. Honest, professional, and very polite. Couldn t be happier and would highly recommended.

M and A were prompt, professional, and friendly but it was unable to remove urine stain and smell from a rug. Now it smells like vinegar and urine. Plus the rug has a fold in it so it will not lay flat. Will toss the rug.

They cleaned the driver/passenger removeable rugs in my 16-year old sports car. They did an absolutely amazing job; the rugs are like new.
