Luis Reyes and his son did excellent repair work of our brick front steps. They were courteous, efficient, and on time. Our steps now look as good as new. And the price was right! We would recommend them to anyone!

Luis did an excellent job of repointing my porch, steps & walkway. He was professional, on time (working around some miserable weather) and reasonably priced. He even found a welder to repair 2 of the legs on the railing and not just cement around the problem. I highly recommend MAF

MAF poured a 10X14 slab in a difficult backyard location, and repaired cracks in a pool deck. Luis was friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. They made several return trips to finish the challenging pool deck repair project, exactly to our liking, and even though it probably took longer than he estimated he made a point to take the time to do it right without extra charges. We takes pride in his work, including the esthetic considerations.

Luis did a great job and he was very professional, he did the job in the time frame discussed. The cost of the job was reasonable. I have plans for more work for him. I highly recommend MAF.

Mr. Reyes was wonderful to work with. The job was to install a path on a sloping grade. Normally steps would be more appropriate but Luis understood my need to move lawn equipment and devised a way to gracefully anchor the pavers. His prices were moderate and the work was performed in extreme weather. Can't recommend him enough.

Mr. Luis Reyes was exceptional and affordable. I had a complicated problem (signs of wet basement), but the solution involved not just excavation from the outside and waterproofing but regrading of the patio and removal and reinstallation of the deck. He did a fantastic job on all these fronts in record time. From diagnosis, to quote, to actual work to clean-up, he was honest, competent and predictable, taking great care to preserve what could be preserved. I will not hesitate to hire him again. Strongly recommend him!

Mr. Reyes was prompt, reliable, and gave an estimate that beat the other contractor estimates. He and his crew complied with the limited access of my retirement community with no problems and finished the project within the time limit specified in the original estimate.

Luis came out the same day to provide an estimate for brick retaining wall work. I hired him and was impressed. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. The work, which I thoroughly inspected, was excellent and the clean-up was fantastic. I would highly recommend him.
