Salesman Zac and Director Markus were very attentive, personable, and very polite. They shared important information with us, and answered all questions that we had in a respectful and forward manner. Markus provided all the adjustments necessary up front for us as homeowners once the deal was finalized, assuring us the company was licensed, insured and worth the investment. He understood and appreciated our hesitance based on then original scope and price and was able to help us find some middle ground to find a resolution that worked for both sides. The project manager Dylan was extremely respectful , knowledgeable, and readily available and responsive. Not only that, but he always had an answer at the ready, and was more than willing to go over anything we needed. He made us laugh, displayed humility and confidence throughout the entire project. We are very pleased with the final result and will be recommending them to others if anyone inquires.

Home Genius Exteriors did a fantastic job on the Hardie plank install for our multi-level townhome. The work was done very professionally, looks great and is now the envy of the neighborhood. Everything was done in an efficient manner and we would highly recommend their services for any future exterior housing needs. Home Genius sent the sales rep Mo out to give us an estimate on our roof which needed replaced. Not only did we get the roof we were hoping for, but he was able to hook us up with a new gutter system on the house as well. The project managers and crews were both communicative and efficient, and we are pleased with everyone we came into contact with. No hesitation in recommending their company for your exterior needs.

Starting with Blake the sales rep, he made me feel comfortable that choosing HGE was the correct move. He was thorough and genuine in his sales process, and answered any questions I had. Although the 1st meeting didn't go well, I decided to go with Home Genius Exteriors after speaking with a customer service representative and a sales manager. Their price and especially their desire to make sure I had a positive experience is really what sold me on this company. The scheduling process was fast and precise, and the day of the installation went exactly as promised. I spoke with the project manager throughout the course of the day, and Josh did a great job of working with me on a few issues that came up during installation. All in all, I would recommend Home Genius Exteriors to anyone looking to do a remodeling project, and I will be using them in the future.
