Very pleased with the results. Basement looks great. Everything was done on time and budget. They were responsive to new requests. Crew was friendly and professional. Always on time and worked very hard.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Clarksville Construction. I was in the process of selling my house when we had horrible storms that did a lot of damage to my home to include needing to replace the entire roof, replace an electrical panel, drywall repair due to flooding and mold remediation in my attic. It was a huge job and to top it off the time line was extremely tight - only 3 weeks before I was supposed to close on the sale of my house. From first meeting Adam at the initial estimate, to working with Beth throughout the process, to having Fidel send me updates throughout the repairs, my experiences with Clarksville Construction was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely professional, punctual and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were even able to finish within my extremely tight deadline and helped me through a very stressful situation. I can't recommend them enough! Their prices are reasonable, their work is outstanding and they are just an absolute pleasure to do business with.

The job started earlier than expected and finished in one week even though the job was interrupted by rain. The results are beautiful. The portico built blends in with the rest of the home and looks like it was always there. Fortunately I knew exactly what shingles were on the rest of the house so they were able to get the exact shingles.

My wife and I had a rather unfavorable experience with Clarksville Construction Services at the stage of receiving a quote for our home addition project, so, needless to say, we decided to pull the plug early on. We had Adam, the company president, over. We explained what we were looking for, gave him copies of the approved documents for the addition our neighbors had built (which we were looking to replicate), and he said he would get back to us with a detailed quote within the next couple of weeks. During the visit, he also spent a rather substantial amount of time showcasing the project tracking portal that his company makes available to their customers. After several weeks, I had to follow up with him by email myself, at which point he responded that he had "started down the path" of giving us a detailed quote, but was unable to accomplish that as he "wasn't comfortable with the amount of unknowns". This begs an obvious question: Why go on and on about how awesome their portal is during the home visit instead of using that time to collect all the information he needed from us? Isn't that his job? We wasted time due to this rather unprofessional behavior. More importantly, if this is what we got from that company when they were trying to win our business, what sort of problems could we expect from them down the road? We ended up selecting a different contractor for the job, and, despite the preponderance of positive reviews here, I would urge anyone to exercise caution when dealing with Clarksville Construction Services.

Very well! All the workers were so polite and friendly. I loved having them at my house each day (which was certainly not the case with projects I've had done with other companies in the past). They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. The project turned out great and every detail was just what I wanted! I could contact Tom anytime and he was always extremely responsive and went out of his way to answer my questions or accommodate my wishes. The company has been very responsive, professional, and reasonable. The work is beautiful and I'm very happy with the whole experience! Will definitely use again and highly recommend to others!

The people sent to install dryer vent box had no prior experience do that type of job. I personally gave the product instructions to the men (1 doing the work and 1 just standing around watching). When the job was finished, it was obvious that they had not followed the instructions to install the product. I had to call and point this out to a handyman services supervisor who then sent the very same guys to come out and try to 'reinstall' the product. A lot of time wasted because these men did not know how to install the product and I don't think they could read English otherwise, the if they had read the instructions, it would have been done right the first time. When attaching the dryer vent to the vent in the wall, I had expressed concern about using any screws or any rough edges on inside of the vent as that would be a sure way to catch lint and eventually clog the vent also creating a fire hazard. The guy proceeded to put tape on the inside of the vent pipe so it would be smooth. I had to then call their supervisor again and insist that he get right over here to see what the guy was going. The worker said he thought I was asking him to do that. Obviously, the man had a hard time understanding English language which then the supervisor should have been on-site at all times. The worker removed the tape that he put on inside of the vent and proceeded to hook up dryer vent with supervisor standing right over him. We'll see if any remaining sticky residue from removed tape ends up being a dust/lint collector clogging the vent overtime. The install of 2 cabinets in laundry room went just fine and lope that the cabinets were installed correctly.

Great, they took the room down to a shell,replaced things I never taught off like 42 year old values . Replaced the tube with a tiled shower as getting in and out of a tube at our age was tuff. The finished room is beautiful . All the men who did our job were great . They were on time ,worked hard and made sure our job was perfect. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and were polite and nice.

I hired Clarksville Construction to do some minor kitchen remodeling, a couple of months after their initial estimate. Garth did the estimate and had been contacting me regularly to see where we were with the decision. We signed a contract and I put down a deposit. Before I signed the contract, they were extremely responsive. After I signed, crickets. I had questions about the details of the contract (after signing), no response from Garth. I was told I would get a call the following week to set up start date, no response. After I initiated contact 2-3 times, I was able to get a tentative start date from Tom. NEARLY ONE MONTH after I signed the contract, I got a message from Garth saying that he had made a mistake, and that the price for the job was 50% MORE than what he had quoted me, and that it was a simple mistake. He did not apologize nor make any effort to do anything to remediate or to carry out our legal agreement, and when I refused to pay more we canceled the contract. A week and a half later, I had my deposit back. On top of all of that, despite numerous messages from me with the correct spelling of my non-Caucasian name, they never once spelled it correctly - on any e-mail, on the contract, or on the refund to the deposit. My advice: do not work with them unless you have a big job, are rich and white. Update: I got the job done, and more, for less than the amount I was going to pay on the initial contract. Shop around.

tile work was amazing. all the workers were very professional and neat. only complaint was the tile allowance quoted was very low. as much our fault for not asking the right questions

We’re about to have them do some back-splash and then some drywall work in the house. They’re really good. They’re a little on the high end. They’ve been very professional. They’re unlike any other company of which I’ve worked. They’ve always been punctual, which is a big thing, but they’re also very professional and they do a very good job and when they make mistakes they’ve always been ahead of them game on trying to get them corrected. So, they always make sure that everything is just right.

Received an estimate at appointed time, Work was completed as scheduled, Cleanup was complete. Came back for a few 'touch-up' promptly. Overall satisfied.

I took a whole day off work to get an estimate on thousands of dollars of work, including several time-sensitive projects, and no one showed up.

Amazingly well. They were responsive and did really excellent work. The people are wonderful.

Both the basement remodeling and the home siding jobs were done beautifully. No problems at all. They did the work promptly (weather obviously had an impact on the siding), and were very professional and easy to work with when we would think of changes or modifications. Their suggestions were always well thought out and appreciated. I didn't get multiple bids, so I'm guessing on the "cost" rating, but for the work they did it seemed more than fair. I will undoubtedly use them again the next time something comes up here.

They ordered and installed the wrong window, but worked with us to make it right. Had a couple of different tradesmen work on the projects and there was a bit of miscommunication about who was responsible for what.

The service was excellent beginning with the first visit to gather info to get the estimate. Rob listened closely to our needs, came up with great ideas for making the new bathroom meet all needs, and was generally very conscientious and timely. Once we decided to go with Clarksville Construction, we were quickly assigned with a project manager, Lee, and a visit was arranged to go over the specifics to the job. The job itself went like clockwork, with all trades lined up to go one after the other. There were a couple brief delays, but Lee kept me well informed and worked very hard to keep things on track. Every question I asked was answered very timely, and there was flexibility as the job progressed. The office staff - Megan and Beth - were very helpful with selections and design. The new bathroom has now been tested out and meets our requirements perfectly!

The repair guy did a fair job and was knowledgeable about what he was doing. However, the customer service team was horrible. After a deposit was paid, they took a really long time to start the job. I felt I was begging for help even though I had a contract and paid the required down deposit. In addition, many times they would not return phone calls. I would not recommend this company, lacks professionalism.

AWESOME!!!! A stellar performer with incredible results. They restored our faith in contractors. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. The only issue we had didn't involve anything to do with them directly. Hopefully, that issue will be resolved. I'll save my review regarding that company until another time.

From the start Adam's professionalism and cooperative effort sold me on his company. All his tradesmen , from rip-out ,to plumbing, to tiling and painting were very cooperative, collaborative and easy to work with . Having young children living in the house we are concerned about having workmen in the house, however, this was not the case with any of his tradesman. They were all polite, respected our privacy and in short, good men. I have used the word tradesmen rather than workers as a recognition of the quality of the work they performed. I would use them again!

The entire experience with Clarksville Construction Services was excellent. On my first call I could speak to a person immediately, and their representative came out as planned and gave me an estimate on the spot. The work was scheduled at a time convenient for me, and accomplished extremely well. The workmen were polite and efficient. Considering that many companies hesitate to put a priority on these "little" jobs, I think it is a rare thing to find this kind of service.
