It was great! They completed the whole project sooner than they had initially predicted. Everyone involved was most efficient and professional. Each person involved seemed to take a real pride in the work they were doing. The porch looks fabulous -- I'm so glad I called Clarksville Construction.
Description of Work: Replaced my concrete/flagstone back porch which had sunk 5 inches over the past 30+ years. They recommended and installed stamped concrete.

The owner, Adam, came out to give an estimate. When I contacted CCS I told them I wanted the basement finished because my daughter and grandchildren would be coming and I wanted a fun area for them to play in safely. Originally I was scheduled to get an estimate a week after my call, but they called back and Adam came the next day. His estimate was comparable to two others I had, and he also provided a trailer for me to easily store the basement stuff in while they worked. They were able to start the job in just a few more days, and estimated it would take about 5 weeks. The majority of the work was done within that time, including many extra things that came up along the way. There were a few adjustments in price, but they were reasonable and overall the job ended up coming in around what I expected to spend. As so many people have said in the other reviews, Adam's people were wonderful to work with. All engaged me in the process, asking questions and keeping me informed as they went along, especially with the electrical work and plumbing. The only outstanding item right now is the carpet on the stairwell, which the carpet company will need to come finish. My basement is beautiful!!
Description of Work: Finished my basement with a full bath, 3 closets, a laundry room, complete with ceiling, walls and floor. Replaced the water heater and electric box, moved the washer/dryer, and re-did the plumbing to accommodate the new bath room and relocated laundry.

Overall, the work went very well. After getting an initial quote, the project manager sat down with us to review all the options for materials, layout, finishing, and other components of the new bathroom. We were able to make our own selections from the contractor's preferred provider, and in some cases, provide our own material (like a faucet). Demolition took about 2 days, followed by 1-2 days for plumbing and electrical work. Drywall and tiling took about 3-4 days. And the shower, toilet, and vanity installation was 3-4 days. All in all, the work spanned about three weeks (including days off for Thanksgiving). Each day workers were at the house, they put down cloth to cover the carpet and stairs. They cleaned up at the end of the day. Throughout the process, the workers explained what they would do each day and solicited our input/approval for key decisions. We were very pleased with the remodel, and Adam worked with us to coordinate specific requests throughout the process. This was the second time we had used Clarksville Construction and will likely use them for future work.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of master bathroom, sized approximately 5x9. Removed all existing material -- vanity, showers, floors, drywall, insulation, etc. Installed new vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, tile floor (and shower), drywall, trim, paint, lighting, and fixtures.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK! Need I say more? Adam the owner came over and took his time going over the various projects I had and explaining different options, he was very informative and had a lot of ideas to get the work done. I will break down each job that they did as best as I can. PAINTING: they painted all Trim on entire house , which included cleaning, calking and replacing wood where needed (which had to be done for my front bay window) and did an excellent job and was able to complete in in 2 days and I had a lot of trim and in high areas also. Workers were professional, covered plants and areas and did a fantastic job.! 2nd project they built steps with composite colored wood to my shed, poured footers so steps do not sink and the appearance in front of the shed looks great! I have attached a picture it looks fantastic and this is 8 months later! 3rd- They built a 1/2 wall with recessed shelving in the basement to separate a big area in basement into two rooms- installed all trim and painted it to blend into rest of basement. It came out great!!! Done quickly and were very clean they covered all areas in basement and sealed off areas to avoid dust settling all over basement. They did this with the entire basement job. 4th major project was my water issue which by far the largest and most complicated issue- when Adam and I met I had various areas in my basement where water was coming in. WE knew going into it that we would have to open up areas in the basement to figure out where the water was coming from. He and his team were patient with me and the weather, and over a 4 month period they were able to fix the water issues is all the areas. They replaced and rebuilt a door & frame in kitchen above one area of basement where water was leaking, after opening up ceiling and wall in that area and determined the source. They then repaired drywall in the area and painted that wall to match the existing paint in basement. The area by the basement door entryway had the most problems, which we determined was from water seeping in from a outside raised stone patio in various areas. They drilled seep holes in existing stone patio foundation to alleviate some water pressure, they opened up walls in basement to determine is there were cracks in foundation wall and , did an injection system into the walls for any existing cracks. and waterproofed it. Replaced basement door and frame where water seeped under and also did waterproofing under the crawlspace below the door, they built up barrier to resist water coming in and did the best they could to divert the water away from home without taking down a $25000 flagstone raised patio. We waited over a few months to make sure through major rain & /snow storms that water did not seep in again before closing up the walls and floors and it WORKED! . They then came and finished off drywall painting and installing new trim in the area to make it look brand new and blend with the rest of the basement. They could of done the entire finishing off with flooring but I used a relative to finish the floor. AND today 6 months later, even with all the rain and storms we have had there is not a drop of water in my basement. I can't thank Clarksville Construction enough!! Adam August the owner is one of the nicest and patient contractors I have ever worked with, his team of workers were wonderful. He also always had someone who was in direct contact with me overseeing each project to make sure it was going well. OVERALL I obviously could not be happier with this company and would recommend them for any construction project you may have, the customer service is outstanding and the owner could not be more attentive to make sure his customers were happy.
Description of Work: Various projects included: Painted entire outside of house, fixed rotted wood, calked. Built steps for shed. Major project since I Had various water issues in basement analyzed the problem, made suggestions etc. , replaced doors, drywall, water barrier in walls etc.

We had four contractors come to the house to give us estimates. Clarksville was the last to come and the second to provide a quote and the only one to do so in detail instead of a rough estimate. From the first everyone was professional, courteous, and detail oriented. The owner of the company, Adam August, came to the house and spent quite a while measuring the spaces and patiently talking to us. He is very knowledgeable and has a background in all aspects of construction. He contracted with a decorator and paid for four hours of her time to help us pick out tile, cabinets, vanity tops, fixtures and paint. This was a real bonus since she came to our house to see our space and overall style and helped us focus on what we liked. She went with us to showrooms to pick out cabinets, vanity tops and tile. Then she sent us pictures through the internet of light fixtures and mirrors from which we could choose. The master bath was completely gutted and the workers were consistently neat and careful to contain as much dust as possible. Wall to ceiling thick plastic sheets were erected with a zippered plastic barrier over the door. Without exception the workers were conscientious and kept saying they wanted us to be happy. Overall there were few problems and those were easily taken care of. There was a delay in the getting the glass shower doors which were done by a sub contractor and out of the hands of Clarksville. There was an indication the pipes in the master bath had small leaks so we had them replaced. The added cost was very reasonable. We had problems deciding on the paint color for the walls but the workers were very patient and kept bringing out different colors and would paint swathes on the walls so we could decide what we liked. The workers were all hard working, personable and on time. They took pride in the their jobs. At one point the tile layer pointed out that one batch of grout was a little different shade from the others and he wanted to re-grout the tiles that were affected. We had to look hard to see the difference in color and probably never would have noticed it but were very impressed that he pointed it out and fixed it instead of hoping we wouldn't notice. During the process the project manager or his assistant visited frequently and asked if we had any questions and thoroughly answered the ones we had. Clarksville uses this interactive program on the internet called Builder's Trend which was amazing and listed every detail about the job. In the contract Adam gave an allowance for each piece of the project. For example, we could access our Builder's Trend website and see what we were allowed for vanity tops. When we picked out vanity tops the decorator knew the price range we should be looking at and steered us that way and the final price would show up next to the allowance and we would have either a credit or debit posted. For instance the price for the vanity tops we chose was the same as the allowance but the tile was less than the allowance so we had a credit for that. This was so helpful in showing us how the money was spent and if we saved money on one thing we could splurge on something else like decorative accent tile, which we did. Builder's Trend also gave us a time line for the work so we knew when the tile was going to be laid, for example. There was a place for questions and Tom, the project manager, was always prompt about responding to the questions. It was really helpful to use the program and it was a pleasurable way of following the project and seeing where the money was going and what was coming next. The half bath renovation proceeded somewhat concurrently with the master bath but Clarksville was careful to make sure we had the use of a toilet, shower and sink at all times. Since we left the tub and the tile around it we were concerned that there may be some breakage of the tile since the tub fixtures were replaced. That did not happen and things went very well with the project except for an issue with the mirror and light. The decorator had told us that the light could hang either up or down but when it came the box said the light could only face up. The wiring had already been put in but it was obvious that the light shades were not secure hanging down and it was only a matter of time before they fell off. Also, the light seem to crowd the mirror which was crowding the faucet and the combination just didn't look good. On our own we bought a new light and a relative rehung the mirror and installed the light for no charge. Clarksville was willing to do both for $200. Maybe we should have pursued the issue with Clarksville but we weren't sure who was responsible for this relatively small mishap. It only cost us $80 to buy a light at Home Depot and we liked it better than the original one we picked out so we were happy. In the future I think we would try to see the fixtures in real time instead of ordering them from the internet. We felt that the cost of the master bath was very reasonable but the half bath renovation was more than we expected. It made sense to us to do both at the same time and we had confidence that the work would be done correctly so we were willing to sign the contract. A relative who is in construction kept telling us you get what you pay for and we may have paid a bit more than expected for the hall bath but we felt we received good quality work from good workers that will last for years. The company stands behind their work for five years. Our old master bathroom had a leak that was dampening the kitchen ceiling. We paid extra to have Clarksville paint most of the main floor ceiling since all but one room connected at the ceiling. The painters did an amazing job of repairing the dry wall, priming and once again put up floor to ceiling plastic barriers to prevent dust and paint splatters. Their dry wall repairs in the bathroom and the upstairs hall were also excellent. They repaired and painted any wall damage that occurred on their part in the halls and stairway. Overall we were very pleased with the renovations and would highly recommend Clarksville Construction Services and plan to use them for other projects in the future. They take pride in their workmanship and reputation and rightfully so. We had extra confidence in using them based on their reviews on Angie's List.
Description of Work: We had our master bathroom totally remodeled and a hall bathroom partially remodeled.

They are very professional and also very friendly. They are very timely. The staff in-house, as well as the people who perform the work, are very friendly and nice. They take their time to explain things to you and keep you up to date on what?s going on with the work. A supervisor reviews the work being done, and the clean-up is great.
Description of Work: They replaced all of my wooding around my house that was rotten. They did some exterior painting, removed wooding around the front door, and painted my front door. They also introduced a new material to me that will not need to be painted again and that will last a long time.

It took about a week to get back to us after our first email to them. After that they were very responsive and helpful. Tom came out and looked at what we wanted to do and listened to our requests. It wasn't a straight forward task as this was a retro fit of a ceiling fan into an already finished basement. It took us awhile to find the fan that we wanted that would fit between the joists. Once we had chosen a fan, they sent a contract and scheduled the work. The workers arrived on time and completed the installation on day one. As they were cutting into drywall they carefully sealed off the area. I actually think the area was cleaner when they left than it was before they started! The next day the painter came, he also sealed off the area. When he painted the ceiling he painted corner to corner not just the area where they had cut and replaced the drywall. All of the workers were very professional, polite and listened carefully to our concerns.
Description of Work: Installed a ceiling exhaust fan in basement kitchen area, repaired drywall and painted.

Information provided above.
Description of Work: The owner, Adam, showed up for our scheduled appointment on time. I discussed that I wanted three round columns installed to replace the existing set of square columns. I advised him that I had researched the price of the columns online and that I knew the approximate cost of the columns if purchased at Wilson's Lumber Company. He asked me what my budget was for the job and if it was in the range of $3k? I indicated that I would not pay more than that; intending it to be the top of my budget for this project. He left indicating he would get back to me. The next day I received an email indicating that the installation and labor would cost me at least $5k and that the columns would cost me about $1k each. I immediately suspected that he did not want the small job but was not certain. I replied indicating that I could purchase the 3 columns online for $2100.00 including shipping (I already had the email price quote) and asked for further itemization. I received a subsequent reply that they would install the columns I purchased myself for $2100.00 o $2300.00. My purpose in providing this review is to let others know that this company is not interested in working on really small jobs and to expect a considerable markup on estimates from them.

Response from Clarksville Construction Services, Inc.
Wow! An "F" for being on time for the estimate appt. and having the proposal delivered within 24 hrs and a revision within 24 hours per customer changes! We take on small projects all of the time. This is not an accurate representation of our organization and we believe this review was due to high dollar special order material that the home owner wanted to order online. We use a local distributor that we can trust to deliver the quality products we wish to install. We are shocked that this would seem reason enough for a negative review.

Let's start with the positives. First and foremost, the finished product looks amazing and I have no complaints with the quality of the work performed. Of the 3 projects that we had done, the painting was the only one that Clarksville didn't use a subcontractor for. The painting process was handled very efficiently and we never came home and felt like we were displaced from any one room. There was an understandable level of dust, but they did a good job cleaning up after themselves each day. The finished product looks very good. There were a few things that needed to be touched up at the end, and they responded very quickly to fix the things that we pointed out. Clarksville used Classic Granite & Marble as a subcontractor/supplier for the granite counters. Classic did a great job with the installation. The counters were replaced all in one day so we were never at a point where we were without counters. They installed our new faucet for us that we had bought on our own at Home Depot. One minor complaint was that they did not have the plumber there on the same day to install the faucet, so we were without use of our kitchen sink for one night. All in all, though, the counter install went very well. The problems that we did have were with regard to the hardwood flooring. Clarksville used Bode Floors (CB Flooring) as a subcontractor for the work. We knew that the material was coming from there, because we went there to pick it out, but did not know until the workers showed up that there would be a subcontractor to do the actual work. Clarksville does have flooring guys on its staff, so I was very surprised that the project had been subcontracted. The crew that showed up spoke very little English and were extremely hard to communicate with. When I came home on the day that the flooring was being done, the entire level of the house was covered in a thick layer of dust. It was clear that the workers had not covered a single piece of furniture and they had been doing all of their sawing inside the house. We had had to take everything out of our pantry because flooring was going in there, so it was all sitting on the countertops. Every single thing was covered in dust. We had to throw away some food and wipe down every surface. Additionally, the dust was in the air and it was difficult to breathe on that level of the house. This was particularly concerning because we have a 2-year old daughter. Additionally the workers had left a few pieces of my daughter's furniture outside on the deck. To Clarksville's credit, when I called our project manager, Quelvin, to complain, he was very apologetic and agreed to have a cleaning crew come in and clean the whole house (at no cost to us), which they did the next day. They also set up a number of fans to get the dust out of the air. Another issue, albeit a small one, was that Clarksville had either measured wrong, not ordered enough material, or material had not been used efficiently because there was about 6 inches of flooring that was not finished on the install day. More material had to be ordered and it wasn't installed until one week later. Clarksville used their own flooring guys to finish the job, which was nice because I had no desire to let the Bode guys back into the house, but it just begged the question of why they couldn't have used them in the first place. Another issue that we had was that on one day when we got home after they had been touching up paint, our fridge had been left unplugged. Fortunately no food was spoiled, but in order to get to the plug I had to slide the fridge out across the new floor. In doing so, one wheel of the fridge left a long scratch/indentation on the floor. Clearly the specific act was my own fault, but I felt that Clarksville should repair this for me because I wouldn't have had to do it at all if it weren't for the fridge being left unplugged. They wanted an additional $400 to replace 2 boards for me (even though there was enough material left over--this was just for the labor). I refused to pay anything more to have this done, so it's just going to be left as-is. The finished product of the floor does look really good, though. One final small complaint I would have is with regard to the communication to us about who was responsible for what on their team. We got our initial estimates from the owner, Adam. He was great to work with, and I never expected that he would be on site once the project started or anything like that. We were then handed off to Tom. I guess he was our account manager (?), but he just came out to reconfirm the measurements (which were ultimately wrong). I traded a few e-mails with him before the project began, but he was not on site for the actual work. Finally, when it came time to actually do the work, Quelvin was our primary contact and project manager. He was at the house for periods of time on most days. All in all I have to say Quelvin was great to work with. He was very responsive, helpful and professional. I know this seems like a lot of complaints, but I still give them a B overall rating because at the end of the day the work is done and it looks good. They are far from the cheapest company around--they are definitely on the pricier side of the quotes that we got, but we felt that the quality of the work in the end would be worth it, which it was. I would work with them again in the right situation. This was my first foray into working with a contractor, though, and I feel like I learned some things for later. For example, I would want to get a clear idea of all of the subcontractors that are used so that I may evaluate them individually on Angie's List or elsewhere.
Description of Work: Removed old countertops and installed granite counters. Removed carpet from living room and vinyl from kitchen, and installed hardwood flooring. Performed minor drywall repair and painted most of the interior of the house.

We used them a couple of times. They were professional and very transparent with the pricing. They had quoted a 16 foot header on the garage and they found out it was 18 feet. They explained it and it was just a modest increase in cost. They explained everything they did. The people were very friendly and responsive. They showed up and did the work on time as advertised. They tend to be a little bit pricey but they do quality work. I recently had them quote another job and I didn't use them because of the price. It was to replace a concrete driveway and to be fair, they would have had to subcontract it out. They are good and we will use them again but they are not the cheapest guy in town.
Description of Work: We used Clarksville Construction Services to replace a header on our two car garage. They also put in underground drainage pipe of over 200 feet to deal with drainage problems we had around the house. They also did some foundation painting on the exterior.

I messaged Clarksville and received a prompt response. We scheduled an appointment for Adam to come & look at the job. He offered me two prices, 1 to completely remove the existing ceiling drywall & the other to remove & repair the damaged area. Adam said I would have the estimate in about 2 days & I received it via email that same night. We felt the job would look better with the entire ceiling to be replaced. We scheduled the job. The day prior to the actual work to be done the job foreman came out to access the job, described what will be done, how & why, just as Adam did when he came out. I was glad to see both were on the same page. The next day the crew arrived, a little early but waited until their appointment time to actually come up to the door. The foreman arrived within minutes as well. When they were doing the final clean up they brought to my attention that the paint on some of the doorways had torn away. The guys seemed genuinely upset & called the foreman, who called me right away. (I'd like to add the peeling paint was not something they had done wrong. It was from a shabby job done by a prior contractor whom we've since found numerous problems with his companies workmanship) The folks at Clarksville said they would come the next day to repair the doorways but knowing it wasn't their fault I could not allow that. The team at Clarksville were punctual, cleaned up each day they were here, and did an overall fabulous job.

After calling many providers listed on Angies I was excited by all the positive feedback provided for Clarksville Construction. I called and was immediately impressed with their responsiveness and candor. From the beginning I asked if they did work in my area and also if they did the type of work I was requesting to have completed (analyze and estimate damage to steps and porch caused by age and weather). I was given an estimate date of 3-25-2014 at 8:00 am. I received an email on the 25th that their estimator was out sick and I was asked to send pictures of the damage so that an estimate could be completed from those pictures. Unfortunately, I am a pilot and am out of town four out of seven days a week so it is very difficult to get out to the property. I was never re-contacted for a new estimate date so I called on 3/31 and was apologized to and told they would call me back. Again I was not contacted so I called back on 4-1 and again was given an apology. I asked if we could have another date for the estimate and was told they would only do it from pictures?!?! I just don't understand how a company can accurately assess the problem from pictures. In my opinion, which may be wrong, I feel that they wanted to see from the pictures if the project was worth their time to take on. If so, they should not have scheduled an estimate in the first place.
Description of Work: I needed an estimate to repair damaged steps at a rental unit.

The guy who runs it is called Adam August. They were professional and punctual. I wasn’t overwhelmed as I was with another company. They were a little more time limited. They didn’t want to quote for all the projects at once because they said there was a lot to do and they wanted to evaluate the first one first and take it from there. They were professional, courteous and very responsive. They were good communicators. I liked their attention to detail. They actually gave me a written quote very quickly and it was detailed. I wanted them to modify it so they modified it. I was more impressed with another company but I am confident about giving them a call as well.
Description of Work: They gave me a quote for basement remodeling. It included replacing a water heater.

The owner of Clarksville Construction, Adam August, arrived on time for the estimate appointment. We reviewed the work to be done and he provided a written estimate within two weeks of the appointment (standard with all the contractors). I had met with two other contractors as well, but Adam and his company seemed to be the best fit. Their estimate was in the middle, but I felt they could do the job better than anyone else. After signing the contract, his men were at the house within a week removing and painting kitchen cabinets and removing the drop ceiling in the bedroom/sunroom. His team moved very quickly to get things done! Everyone I met who worked for Clarksville Construction were very pleasant, easy to talk to, and willing to listen to my ideas. I esp. give Tom much credit for his patience with my design changes on things like light fixtures and faucets. The renovation took longer than expected because of the inclement weather this past winter, but this was understood. One thing that made me initially nervous was paying a large chunk of the final deposit toward the end of the project before all issues were addressed. I worried that I wouldn't have leverage to encourage their company to finish the job to my satisfaction. However, they were very professional and responsive to correcting the two issues I found with their work, and finished the job to my complete satisfaction! I should mention too that they have a nifty online webservice application that helps manage their projects. You can see the scope of the work to be done, select fixtures, email the team, view before pics of the work, and view a calendar of who and when will be at your house next. It organized the project very nicely and made it very easy to collaborate with CC.
Description of Work: Renovated kitchen, renovated two bathrooms, replaced master bedroom and sunroom drop ceiling with drywall, painted ceiling/walls, installed recessed lighting, replaced outdoor deck.

I had extensive termite damage to the front wall of my home all around the front entry door. The wall was starting to buckle and the structural integrity of the house was actually in question. After looking through the Angies List ratings, Clarksville Construction was one of the companies I contacted. Adam August, the company owner, came out to look at the damage and provide an estimate. He was great, he knew what he was doing, provided some needed assurance about his company's experience with this kind of repair, and promptly got back to me with an estimate for the exploratory work that needed to be done in order to assess the extent of the damage. The work crew headed by Doug was simply wonderful to work with. They were professional, courteous and experts in what they were doing. Luckily, the damage was not as bad as it could have been, but a number of interior beams had to be replaced/reinforced and the inside of the wall gutted. I was so impressed by the work of Doug and his crew that I decided to have Clarksville Construction paint the entire downstairs foyer area, as well as the stairway and upstairs hallway. The drywall/painting crew headed by Edgar was outstanding, and the job they did is just beautiful. My entire job was overseen by Tom, the assigned project manager, who was competent, very understanding and easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for more! I would most definitely use Clarksville Construction again.

Clarksville Construction provided an estimate for our kitchen project. The owner, Andy, was professional, informative and very helpful. We had seen their work before when we had gotten quotes on another project and were impressed by the quality. Clarksville had a good proposal and was a very close second choice for our remodel. We had a previous bathroom done by the company we finally chose, so had experience with them and the choice for this project came down to price alone. They will be our first call for our next job. (Our first choice for this job only does kitchens & baths.) We'd recommend Clarksville to anyone.

It's still ongoing. The weather has delayed the progress and a part was delivered incorrectly. Overall, though, I'm happy with their work and would recommend them.

After requesting an appointment in my home, I was informed that I was too far away. As I am in Carroll County and only three miles north of the Baltimore County line, I'm not sure what parts of Carroll County are covered. I have suggested that Carroll County be removed from the service area.
Description of Work: Provide a quote for painting and additional home repair, somewhat extensive.

Response from Clarksville Construction Services, Inc.
It is unfortunate to have received this review as some areas are slightly out of our vicinity. We communicated that it was out of our service area prior to setting an appointment to meet and provide an estimate. We apologize for any confusion on our part.

I contacted Clarksville Construction after a water pipe burst and turned our partially finished basement into a mess! I made several calls to contractors I found through Angie's List. I called and scheduled a time for owner Adam August to come and look at our basement and provide a quote. First, Megan the women who scheduled the call was very nice and professional. I felt when i hung up that Adam would actually show up (unlike some other contractors). Adam called before the appointment to let me know he was on his way and make sure he had the right address. He was on time and very professional when he arrived. My husband and I walked him through our basement and told him about all of our ideas. We have a lot of ideas and none that were really firm ideas. We just knew we wanted a nice refinished basement. Adam talked us through a lot of ideas and told us what we could expect for cost per square foot. He also seemed willing to work with us in stages since we had said from the beginning that this was unexpected and not budgeted. He also told us about his companies process for projects and that they have website that you can log into to see who is going to be in your home doing what and on what schedule. I really liked this concept and this was the first company to even talk about that part of the project. When Adam left we felt that his confident that his company would provide the best service and best end result for a fair price. Adam got me a well written and easy to follow proposal within 4-5 days (we were not in a hurry) and Megan called to follow up to make sure I received it and if I had any questions. Unfortunately after taking a hard look at our finances and a second water leak (foundation) we decided not to contract with Adam right now. We WILL be calling him once we have the money saved to complete the renovation.

Team arrived on time. Good work. There was confusion as to what was to be done. One phone call to the project manager got the problem corrected. Suggest going over contract with project manager to clear up any potential confusion.

They were just excellent. They really juggled their schedule to get me in before Thanksgiving. The owner came out personally to give the estimate and talk about the work. I liked that they were local and I had a good feeling about their competency. Two men came out to do the work and they were here about 6 or 7 hours. The results are excellent and they made sure not to make a huge mess and protect the walls/carpet. Everything was done professionally and it was a total excellent experience.
