Great customer service and the carpet looks great. We have used other services that couldn't remove the stains, but this company was able too.

Awesome Job!!!! My carpet was horrible but Maryland Carpet Cleaner was able to remove all of the stains and ground in dirt. Prompt professional staff. The price was just as good as the work. Have already requested quarterly cleaning.

Once I got in contact with the actual contractor, things went very well. The service Magic referral service needs some work, dropped calls during transfers, etc. Stanley is a great guy. He called with an ETA on the day of service. It helps if you also own a smart phone or have a pay pal account.

The technician was professional, did a great job, and there were no hidden costs. I paid what was quoted to me. He cleaned up after himself nicely as well.

I was a little skeptical at first because the price was much less than what I had paid before with another company. I must say that I was extremely please with th work. The owner was honest with the pricing. Even though I wanted him to perform an additional cleaning service on my carpets, he was honest enough to say that my carpets did not need it. He could have done it anyway just t get the extra money. Great customer service. Arrived on time. My only problem was that it took over a day for some areas of my carpet to dry ( my steps).

I would highly recommend Maryland Carpet Cleaning Service. Chris was exceptionally polite and professional. Even though we had no air-conditioning he took his time cleaning our furniture and carpets. I kept adding more furniture to his list and he just was so nice and accomendating. Our carpets were so disgustingly bad due to a big party and he made them look like new. I never thought the stains would come out since they had been there a while, but the work he did was great. He even made a white chair come back so nicely. Great job!

Maryland Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets . Both gentlemen were very professional and informative. There were no hidden costs and no extra charges for pet areas or high traffic area . My experience was by far one of the best I have had in my years of hiring carpet cleaners. I am 45 years old and have had dogs all my life so I have experienced quite a few in my time . I will definitely be using Maryland carpet cleaners again and have already recommended them to my family and friends .
