We are very pleased with this service and grateful to Home Adviser for the recommendation. We had problems with our power outlets in the basement and home exterior. Our electrician fixed our problem quickly and without any fuss. In addition, the phone response at C.T. Smith when I called the first time was professional and welcoming. Usually, top notch technical service groups could be somewhat snotty and turns you off. TC.T. Smith was eager to help. They will be on my list of first to call when I need electrical services.

The crew at C.T. Smith Electrical are top notch people to work with. They are very professional, punctual and generally nice people to deal with. They installed three ceiling fans, a couple fixtures, recessed lights and installed new outlets and switches for the majority of our 1950's home. They were honest and upfront about pricing and when we went to pay the bill there were no surprises. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and even taught us a few things. They cared about our belongings and covered them up and when they left you would have never known they had been there except for their excellent work. I highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about them. In the future we're looking forward to having them do more work for us.

I had been looking for an electrician to install a new ceiling fan in my master bedroom for 2weeks. I found an electrician on a web site but he never showed up when scheduled and never called, when I call his cell phone the mail box was full and he was only accepting text messages, I don’t text. That’s when I found C T Smith Electrical Services LLC, Tod the owner was great to talk with and to do business with. He called me the following day after I sent him a message requesting his help, Tod sent John over within ½ hour. John arrived when expected and went right to work, he fully explained what he was doing as well as why he was doing it. The fan was installed in a timely manner and the remote was set up and its operation fully explained to me by John. John cleaned up everything and you would never had known he had been in the house. I told John I planned on adding additional fans in my home within the coming months as well as a new outdoor fan on my covered deck. John took the time to look at the rooms where I plan on adding fans as well as my covered deck where we discussed and reviewed my options for a new outdoor fan. All in all, it was a great experience and a great company to do business with, friendly, informative and defiantly customer oriented. I plan on having them do an additional electrical work for me.

The crew was on time, courteous and knowledgable. The price quoted me was just low enough for me to be comfortable. But high enough that I knew I wasn't the B team. I ended up with 12 new recessed lights, plus the installation of two overhead fans, and the total came to around $1800 (give or take). The recessed lights look great and the fans were well installed (probably not a huge stretch for an electrician) and a three CO2/smoke detectors. I was impressed that they kept the house mostly clean from dry wall dust, and cleaned up their mess. CT Smith is only a three man operation, which I thought was pretty amazing for such great work. Smith was the first contractor we used in the remodel of our condo, and so far the best deal, and the most professional. I have hired many, many contractors, and this HomeAdvisor is an excellent source to find quality companies like C.T. Smith.

Todd is very professional and responsive. The crew showed up on time, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up when they were done. Wonderful crew, beautiful work. We are so pleased with all of our new lighting and the cost was 50% of three other companies! We had recessed lighting and sconces installed in a family room that had no overhead lighting, ceiling fans (or just the junction box and switches) installed in 3 bedrooms that did have lighting before, a second hall light fixture, a bath fan and vent to our sofet and they were able to reconnect the switch to our kitchen fan. All in a day's work with very minimal drywall repair necessary.

We are very happy with todays work, quick great job . Pete was very friendly and helpful. NO MESS left behind. We have 2 more projects coming up. CT SMITH did not charge me an arm and a leg for electrical repair for 3 electrical switches and 2 outlets. The repairman was very professional and on time.
