Jim and his apprentices were polite and completed the repair on the refrigerator expeditiously and competently. Water was frozen in the ice-maker line and the ice-maker worked after they used a blow dryer on it. However, a few days later, the ice maker discontinued working. We called Jim's company (we were not allowed to have his number) many times from the end of June until today, August 4, 2006, to ask what he did to the ice maker to make it work. His company, nor he, ever returned our calls, but today I was told by Linda in his office that we would have to pay a service charge of $90 to have him come out and fix again despite Jim telling us that the ice-maker was not broken...there was only frozen water in the line. We wanted to know what he did with the blow dryer; they refused to tell. so, I could not get his last name to give this report, beware this company in that they are secretive in how to contact repair personnel and don't return calls no matter what.
Description of Work: Repair sub-zero refrigerator that is not cooling. Also, examined ice-maker that was not producing.
