Outstanding work! and professionalism!

We hired Five Star Painting, Tara Murayama, and from the first meeting she represented herself with knowledge of paint and interior design expertise, she listened to our needs, came out for a site inspection and answered our HOA Board of Directors many questions. She did her homework and delivered a game plan on how to deal with a very difficult previous failed paint job by another contractor with the resources from Sherwin Williams & Benjamin Moore paint specialists and their store managers who also came out and toured our condo building to collaborate her plan. Materials, colors, Project Manager (LeeAnn) and painting crew were carefully chosen and a detailed written daily work schedule was created to execute her plan. We had concerns about the materials and their odors and Tara provided our residents with Spec sheets for the materials and our owners were able to reside in the building during painting with little to no odor at all and the building was cleaned along the day and at the end of the day to include vacuuming entire floors of work areas, complete clean up of the sanded walls/ceilings and doors, and their materials kept on sight. Each condo door was painted and the crew hung plastic inside their foyer and taped paper to their floors to contain the mess and protect their property. We could not be happier with Five Star Painting, Tara, LeeAnn and Oswin's painting crew and you will be too. We plan on having them return for the next phase of painting needed once we have some plumbing work completed.

These pros gave me the best price after getting four quotes. They were easy to work with from beginning to end. The entire Five Star team showed a high degree of professionalism. The job was completed in two days and exceeded my expectations. Our condo looks super. I would recommend Five Star to anyone.

High quality of workmanship and personnel; arrived exactly on time, discussed job, answered all questions; painters were SO good - detail oriented, neat, meticulous, polite and courteous, and really nice; at end of job, cleaned up well making sure everything was perfect; very happy results and glad I chose Five Star; recommend them highly and when I am ready to replace old wallpaper in hall, I will definitely call them; painted walls are gorgeous, and they had given me great suggestions about color combinations as we planned the project; the preparation of walls before actually painting was fantastic and positively affected the results. Excellent overall. Professional, reliable, and courteous. We're very neat - and used quality paint. Finished on time, on budget. Couldn't ask for more.

Although owner boasts they only use crews they have worked with before on a regular basis, we wound up with a crew that was working for them for the first time. Supervision was poor, spots and coats missed, failed to protect areas from paint properly, low attention to detail, and very overpriced for quality. Extremely disappointed and would never hire again or recommend.

The owner is very nice, responsive and professional. She came to the house the day of the job to walk through everything with her team.

One painter did the job when it really should have been 3-4. Took longer than expected. When complete it didn't look good in two rooms to the point we had them paint another coat. Clean up wasnt very good as we found excess paint on lights and mirrors. Upon completion I was told I couldn't use a credit card when it stated on their page I could. They did eventually accept the correct payment.

I would never ever hire this company ever again. There were issues from start to finish, and there aren't enough characters in this form to detail all the ways this experience sucked. I don't recommend this company at all.

Victor and his paint crew were excellent and such hard workers. Lee was super accommodating and listened to our specifications. Would go with them again for sure.

Five Star is a great company to do business with. They got the job done within the time frame stated and it was done with utmost quality and professionalism. I would most definitely recommend them.

Very efficient and courteous.

Our project was repainting the interior of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. The previous painter used dirty brushes and rollers, leaving dirt and bumps on all of the walls and molding. Lee was wonderful to deal with. He was aware of the level of detail required for our special project and insured everything was taken care of. We could not be happier with Five Star Painting.

They did a fantastic job, excellent quality and the job was completed in 2 days. Very professional and thorough.

Lee provided a combination of a fair price (in the middle of the other estimates), great service and detail-oriented work. His crew was intent on doing a good job on every task. They painted the house, replaced rotting wood trim, stained a large screen porch (removing and replacing several of the screens), installed a flood light and painted a large deck (also replaced two upright supports on the stairs). They worked fast and the outcome was great. Will use them again for sure.

I can't say enough good things about Five Star Painting. They were friendly, courteous, yet professional. They did an excellant job replacing rotten wood and correcting problems prior to painting. They cleaned up after the painting was finished. I will definately hire them again the next time my house needs painting.
