Notwell. Initial was rain delay and the second appmt called Sunday eve about 5 and wasn't sure he could get a team out. I said forget it.

They came afternoon and completed all what we planned. During their work, it was raining for about twenty minutes but they did not have a rest. Good job.

The appointment was scheduled within a few days. The work was done well. The two workers were thorough, careful, flexible, and polite. I would use them again and may schedule regular lawn mowing with them.

While there were scheduling problems due to weather and availability of staff, they did the job well working until dusk to get it done. All I can say is results far exceeded expectations. Based on previous experience with landscapers I estimated the labor hours to do the job and was completely surprised to see how they completed the job far below my estimate. I will certainly use them again.

They were there for about two hours. They do a good job. I've continued using them. I'm using them as a regular service now. The price was reasonable.

My wife and I were hosting her family for her birthday and so I decided to get the house cleaned professionally as a surprise. I looked on Angie's List and saw the positive reviews and the big deal for this company. I contacted them with fairly short notice and they were able to get me scheduled in time to get the house cleaned before my wife's birthday. The cleaners showed up the day scheduled and were friendly and did a great job cleaning the house. My wife and I were very happy with the service provided.

Two cleaners arrived on time. I showed them the house and told them what I needed done. They were wonderful, quite professional and very pleasant. I liked their work so much that I have signed up with Royal Flush for weekly cleaning.

There was one issue with communication with this company. I asked them not to clean floor in my office. One girl spoke English and understood me, but it must not have been communicated to the other girl. My floor was cleaned and was ruined. They were wonderfully communicative regarding the issue and corrected the problem. The rest of the house turned out very nice and they stayed until I was satisfied that the floor was to my satisfaction. They didn't charge me for this service and they came another time to make sure everything was turned to original state.

Cleaning crew was efficient, cleaned everything, washed mirrors, vacuumed, did a really nice job on kitchen and bathrooms.

I was very happy with that. They were very efficient, showed up on time and charged a fair price. I have about 2 acres, but they didn't have to do the entire area. It was just around the house.

Went better than expected. They cleaned about 3 weeks worth of leaves from 7 trees; mulched everything, left the yard in front and back in immaculate shape. Would use them again.

I contacted Jon from BIO-RICH GREEN CARE via email and we scheduled fall leaf cleanup for today. He was very professional, they were running slightly late and he called to let us know. We showed what needed to be done and Jon and his crew got right to work. They cleaned everything around our house: huge back yard, deck, between bushes, etc. We probably would have taken a whole day to do as good of a job, they were done within a couple of hours!!!! I have worked with many gardeners and it has been a frustrating experience, this is not the case with these guys. I look forward to working with Jon in the future, will definitely be contacting him for all our gardening needs.

This review is for Bio-Green, the partner service to Royal Flush house cleaning. They ran two hours late, which had me worried as it's the latest any service provider has arrived for us. They said the previous job went longer than planned. Perhaps it was far away too. Anyway, Jon and his associate got to work immediately after hearing what I needed done and what could be done if time remained. They blew and raked our very large front yard which wrapped around the side, and the very long driveway. They also went round back and cleared the stepped pathway, which was a nice touch. Essentially the front took the whole two hours and when they were done, it was as clean as a new pin! I couldn't believe our yard could look so immaculate - never does when we blow and rake ourselves, but then that's why we are now asking for help. As a few minutes remained, if that, I asked if Jon could blow the leaves and debris off the wire mesh canopy over our heat pump, and he did a better job than I ever could. I will call them a second time before the next leaf pickup. I do hope they won't be late. I will also be asking them to clean the roof and gutters. Jon suggested next time cutting the bushes back from the house and windows, which is a good idea. I look forward to working with Bio-Green and seeing how well our yard comes along under their care.

Wow. I'm incredibly impressed with this service. Not only was their estimate the lowest of other estimates I received on Angie's List, the service was prompt (considering this awful weather), professional, and they did an EXCELLENT job. My yard looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping, yardwork, etc. I will be using them again when spring comes (which can't be too soon....!).

I was contacted that they did not service my area. They stated that Angie's List has an incorrect map for their service area. Although they responded quickly after my purchase they had not responded to the phone messages I left before I made the purchase. I was very disappointed.

I had to provide my own bleach for cleaning the shower, but other than that, no issues.

A company like Royal Flush should not associate with third party vendors and tarnish their reputation.

This service was fine and everything worked out well.

Prompt and effiently worked to clean up our yard. No complaints

They're excellent! I'd asked them to do just the 1st & 2nd floors of my home -- not the basement. Without me telling her, she moved furniture to get behind the furniture, cleaned out the cobwebs, and cleaned my kitchen very well. I even got her recommendation on what she uses on my appliances. I was pleased -- she was very thorough. Nothing was missed. Maria was very pleasant, too.

The manager, Sandy Stillwell, was very easy to work with in terms of preparing an estimate and scheduling our first cleaning visit. Rosabel did a great job! I had my doubts about the hardwood floors, since I've never had them before, but they are gleaming. The house smells so fresh, with no harsh chemical odors. We're very pleased.

Excellent. Arrived on time did all work in allotted time frame. Even put down some grass seed in bare spots.
