Very professional and cleaned everything they advertised they would clean. The 2-person crew (Irma and Raquel) were prompt and courteous and cleaned away years of dust, dirt, and neglect. For so long we did not want to entertain in our home because there was so much dust, but they changed all that. We now have them come every two weeks and it is the best investment we've made in a long time. We HIGHLY recommend this cleaning service... Just Awesome!!

I have used them a few times. They are local, and they do a good job for me every time I had them. I just like them the first time that they did the job. I spent $75 for two ladies to come do four hours of cleaning, but they do it in two hours because there are two of them doing it. They are very easy to deal with, and I think they can tailor your needs to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning. I have not used them for other things basically. I have them come out monthly, and they do everything when they come. Their price is comparable to a lot of others in the area.

communication was excellent, ladies showed up on time, they were efficient and friendly. A+ on all the work except the shower doors on the tub, I think they could have been cleaned better. I would definitely use them again.

Again, we are still using them after 18 months and they come every two weeks.

I'm so glad I tried their $79 house cleaning. My home sparkled afterwards. I called Sandy to arrange monthly cleaning service for $100 and I'll never go back. Thanks to Sally and Anna for their kind and thoughtful work. They're incredibly flexible and dependable.

They arrived promptly and worked non-stop were very pleasant to have in my home. They did a wonderful job I would highly recommend them and will hire again in the future.

From the moment the two person crew walked in the house they were professional but not aloof - as I have experienced with some others. In the past, with other services, I have had to go through and go over some of the areas they "cleaned." Not in this case. Everthing was spic and span and I couldn't have been happier. I had a party a few days later and people remarked on how tidy my house looked. Have opted to have them come back in for a once a month cleaning just to keep things upcoul

We got what we paid for. We received 4 hours of housecleaning, 2 people for 2 hours. The ladies were on time and very pleansant to deal with as was Sandy who handled the scheduling.

Overall I my expectations were not met; as I would have hoped for a bit more attention to detail, cleaning the countertops, dusting of television stand and over the fireplace. Vaccuming of the couches and there were areas in the kitchen that were missed. Again, none of this we consider show stoppers, but one would expect attention to such details. I would not use them again, but I should state that we have now used two such companies from Angies List and received about the same level of service from what is considered by others as grade A.

Work done as scheduled and professionally.

Good enough for me to hire them on a regular basis.

Sandy was very professional and receptive to work with in scheduling the cleaning. Maria showed up on time and did the cleaning as expected. I was very satisfied.

Overall, I was frustrated because I had purchased the service to help ready my house for a visit from husband's family. There was plenty of lead time but they couldn't accommodate me. Then they forgot about me.I did not receive a refund. I would have appreciated a phone call. They knew how to reach me by phone when they cancelled.

I had very cordial communication with Sandy from Royal Flush. She did have to change my date of service after we'd agreed on a time, and it was fortunate that my work situation with an injury allowed me to be flexible. The two-person crew arrived at my apartment considerably early (approximately 40 minutes prior to the appointment time.) Again, fortunately, I was home. The crew was very efficient and had the bathroom and kitchen cleaned in very short order. However, they were not very thorough with dusting my shelves, and I had to point out areas of dust in obvious locations that had been missed. I had indicated that they did not need to clean in the bedroom, so there was adequate time for a thorough job, especially as the apartment is very small. Despite having paid for a four-hour session, the crew was done in under an hour and one of the crew members approached me for my Big Deal paperwork. I noticed that my sliding glass door had not been cleaned. I asked if I had misunderstood the website, which had indicated that was part of the service. There was discussion in Spanish between the crew members, and then one crew person quickly cleaned the door. I gave both members of the crew a gratuity, and they departed. The service was okay, but - considering that they had three hours more they could have worked - I was disappointed that I had to re-dust my shelves to take care of the spots they missed.

I have been using them for about 6 months and Sandy has always been very helpful! There was an occasion that I was not happy with the job that was done and Sandy immediately sent another crew to clean my house again complimentary. They go above and beyond to make certain the customer is satisfied!

Two people came to clean the house so instead of the 4 hours listed on the coupon, I received 2 hours with 2 people. I would have appreciated knowing this before the cleaning took place. When the team arrived, they asked to see what needed to be cleaned and discussed my priorities since 2 hours was not going to be enough time to clean the entire house. The team did a good job of cleaning at a surface level. My expectation had been a little more thorough cleaning (scrubbed floors instead of rinsed, for instance) but all-in-all, the house looked great and a lot of territory was covered during the two hours the team was here. I will use the service again but make sure I more fully understand what will be done and properly set my expectations for the next cleaning.

I was glad that they brought all their own tools and cleaning supplies. They removed all trash and put liners into each trashcan. The house even smelled good.

I bought this service as an Angie's list Big Deal. It was well priced and the company was great! One cleaner came and she did a terrific job. She was punctual, quick and thorough.

I had them concentrate on the bathrooms and the kitchen, which is very large. They also vacuumed. These tasks are especially difficult for me to perform.

They cleaned my house. Very prompt. However, I was not satisfied with the work. After they left, I saw that my wood floors weren't swept properly as there was dirt and dust every where. It almost felt that they didn't even clean the floors. My kitchen floor was still dirty. On their way out, they broke a cabinet I had by the front door and left me to fix it. Just not happy overall.

I bought the services as an Angie's LIst Big Deal: 4 hours for $75. The price doesn't sound bad, but it was just one lady who didn't seem to speak English (and my Spanish is basically non-existent). She arrived late so didn't spend 4 whole hours. The quality of the work was nothing special. Overall I wasn't impressed enough to hire the company again.

Getting the appointment scheduled and confirmed was a hassle. But I was very pleased with the job the cleaning crew did. They worked very diligently while they were here.

Royal Flush house cleaners have been working here monthly for about a year. The same two women come each time; they are very pleasant and reliable and do a great job. The cost is $75 each time. I also had my windows washed through Royal Flush last September -- all 36 of them, including the 15 wrap-around windows that run the width of the house in an upstairs "Florida" room. These windows had not been cleaned in more years than I care to disclose, and the window wells between the screens and the windows were clogged with dirt and leafy debris. It took the window washers (two men) two consecutive days to complete the work. They cleaned the windows, the wells, the sills throughout the house and left everything spotless. The cost was $480.
