I've had a couple different guys. Come out and they have been professional and courteous.

They were great! I got a phone call from a supervisor wanting to come out and diagnose my problem. He was pretty certain that it was the well pump going bad but wanted to verify. His crew couldn’t get to us until a little later in the day (they rearranged their scheduled) but he didn’t want his crew to waste time trying to diagnose the problem and risk the well pump supplier being closed. He wanted to make sure they had everything they needed to get the job done when they arrived. The crew arrived and had everything they needed on their truck to get my job done and in a timely manner. They were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for your prompt response and repair.

The workers came when they said they would and completed the tasks to our satisfaction and price point.

It went very well. We received prompt service and the right technician was sent to our home to solve whatever problem we had. On one occasion, the owner came out to oversea the job and we were very impressed with his leadership of the team.

O'Connor showed up ahead of schedule, delivered the new Hot Water heater, and installed within 2 hours. Prompt, Courteous, and very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing residential plumbing work.

They responded within the day and handled the situation with very professionally. Another company came and quoted $1,000 for the, saying they had to rip down walls. O'Connor's plumber came and made a small opening to peer into to see where the pip burst, cut the pipe and replaced it for $175. In essence, they were reputable and did not take advantage of a bad situation. I recommend them.

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Rob was careful to make minimum damage, answered all my questions and discussed the problem over the phone with the management company. He was very professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also helped suck up the excess water, pulled the soaked pad under the carpet, and suggested how to prevent further damage until the problem was fixed. I would strongly recommend them.

It was done beautifully, came on time. Did exactly what they said they would do. Showed me how to drain my hoses so the pipes don't freeze in the winter time.

the technician, jason, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. he arrived on time. he completed the work and explained what he was doing to me as he went along. he also gave me tips on other components of our water system such as how to turn off the water to the house without turning off the fire sprinklers, and how to turn off/bleed our outdoor spigots in the winter. he completed the repair with as little damage as possible and cleaned up the mess before he left.

I was very unhappy with them. The young man that came was nice but I had a very difficult time explaining to him. I kept trying to ask him to tell me if certain situations seemed to be a problem because I was worried about the leak that I was having and he kept explaining the wrong thing to me. I told him that that was not what I meant and it took me like fifteen to twenty minutes to get him to get what I was talking about. He fixed it but it took him a very long time. He also marked at my wall with his tools. After he had left I saw there was a one foot by one foot section that was all marked up from his tools thumping against my wall. It sounds petty but when I spend around $200 I am going to have to paint the wall. Also, the lining of my water heater is starting to corrode. I asked him to look at that and give me some feedback if it needed to be replaced right away or not and again I got kind of a round about answer. I asked him if he could call me with some kind of a quote. I wanted to at least see how much it would cost. He said he would take down the information about the water heater and call me back with a quote and that was 12/2/2011. They have yet to call me back with a quote. He fixed the toilet tank and it is fine. He fixed it well. He was here for at least two and a half hours for the one thing that he repaired. It was a really long time and $207 for a toilet tank is a lot of money. I think it was a lot of money because he spent a lot of time that I don't think was necessary. It was overpriced. He was very nice and was very polite. I wasn't impressed. He left with a scratched up wall and never returned my call on the water heater. It was horrible. He wasn't unprofessional. He just wasn't all there. I would never use them again in the future.

They did what I needed to be done. They were excellent. They were reliable. I would use them in the future.

The following items is a summary of some of the problems that I’ve experienced with this company: • All time estimates were wrong. What ever time they said it would take - you had to double it. They said the first part would be done in a week - it took two weeks. If something was suppose to be done in a day - it took two days. • A hole was cut in the roof with out asking permission. Didn't say anything until the end of the day before they left. We had agreed prior that no roof penetrations would be done. I was left to fix the hole myself – again I had no prior warning or knowledge until the hole was actually cut and the damage had been done. • Poor work in bathroom #1; the piping had to be done three times. The first time because the pipe was installed under the ceiling with out the dry wall being removed. The second time was because the pipe wasn’t installed sufficiently close enough to the joists. In addition the floor pipe was installed on top of the floor instead of under the floor. • The bath tub water spouts weren’t installed in the first two bathrooms. The result was that another plumber had to return to re-do this. • Installed plastic outside of the wall for the toilet instead of using metal pipe. • Didn't install shut off valves for each apartment. The primary plumber – Wade wasn’t informed of this until the second weak on the job after most of the work had been done. An attempt was made to install shutoff valves but still all the water can not be shutoff for each apartment from one point. • Gas lines were mixed up at the meter and I wasn't informed of this till after the fact. The plumber should never have left the job site like that. It was up to me to tell the future plumber about this mix up. • Through out the project different plumbers were sent to the job site with out any prior information from management. As a result the responsibility of explaining the job and the work was left up to me – this resulted in the plumbers needing considerably more time because they needed to figure out where the pipes were run for each unit. • Rarely did the plumbers clean up the job site. At one point I had to call the office to request all the excess pipe be picked up. This included over 30 pieces of new pipe that was sitting on my back porch. •When my hot water heater was installed it didn’t work. At 2:30pm the plumber said his day was over and he left the job site with out fixing the hot water heater. He returned the next day and fixed it after less than an hour – he could have fixed it the previous day. This was a common thread – the plumbers were always leaving at 2pm or there about – regardless of the state of the job site. In addition the plumbers frequently asked to start at 6AM – regardless of whether that was convenient for me. • The skill of some of the workers was questionable – at one point the I found the assistant reading the directions on how to install the faucets. • I found one of the assistants using my tools and looking thru my stuff without asking. I don’t mind lending a tool out but I should be asked first. • Twice plumbers did not show up on their scheduled day – not that they were late – they didn’t show up at all. This was even after scheduling two weeks in advance. • Frequently I would find that small or minor details were left out; such as caulking around the toilets after they’d been installed. Or making sure all the shower heads were installed at the proper height. This leads me to conclude that the plumbers assigned to this job were not familiar at all with residential plumbing. As you can see from the above list there is a substantial list of problems with this job. Due to these problems I can not recommend this company to others but rather will have to inform them of my own dissatisfaction.

I didn't witness the work, but my renters are very picky and would have told me if it was not done well. Price matched up to other estimates I got, and they were very efficient about scheduling the very next morning. Only complaint is that it took me a while to receive the invoice in the mail.

They were excellent. They fixed the problem after three other companies could not do it. We had a stopped up drain. They figured out what the problem was. They had to take the water up and blow out the pipe. There is an exhaust kind of a pipe that goes up on the roof. They had to go up there and blow out all the oil and crude. Their price was very reasonable. They were great. They were clean and neat. They did not make any mess. They put down something on the floor and they were able to do the work underneath the sink rather than in the sink. The mess did not go all over the place.
