Honest and forthright re the repairs. Source of the leak could not be seen due to the hip roof's complexity. KC offerred a possible solution at a reasonable cost, which was installed same day. Waiting for a heavy storm to see results.

Not only did Shane repair the flashing on our chimney - the original issue, but he also removed accumulated moss from the roof and swept the gutter guards - all for a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our questions - no pushy sales or offers of unneeded work. Very Good communication - responded quickly to our original request for an estimate - communicated appropriately through the entire process. Would definitely use again!
