R&L Pressure Washing Painting and Decking

It went just fine. They came out within a few weeks after I purchased the big deal to do the work and they did not charge me anything more than the big deal price. They sent out two guys to do the pressure washing. The price of the service was good and its quality was very good. Their responsiveness was good and they were great.

The pressure wash removed a portion of the paint from the front screen door and from the shutters. Other than knowing that the house was washed, the resulting effect negated the cleaning.

We ended up spending $50 more beyond the big deal amount. He did a good job. He was thorough and efficient. The price of the deal was pretty good. He came late.

Luis quoted me a price of $1,000 to stain a two-story deck that my 2-unit condo building has off the back. It was certainly a lot cheaper than anyone else quoted, and given the difference between his quote and the other ones I received, I really can't complain too much. And it was, in all fairness, a difficult job, which he was performing on a short timeframe due to time pressures on his end... but the staining just does not seem like it was done very well. He says part of the problem was that I got a semi-transparent stain and not a solid stain. But even with that, there were easily accessible parts of the deck that were not stained at all. And certain parts that were incredibly uneven. Some large support posts were stained up to about seven feet, and then the rest was left unstained. I have stain left over, so I'll just finish or touch-up some of it myself, but we're going to need to hire someone else to come in and stain the large part of it that we won't be able to reach.

They did an excellent job. They charged an additional $100 as only 2500 square feet were included in the price. They did an excellent job. The siding looked new after they were finished. Would highly recommend!

This company was wonderful!! We bought this Deal on Angie's List and made an appointment for just a week later. Luis and his partner showed up on the day they said they would and pressure washed our entire two-story house. There was green algae on one side and that is now completely gone. They also pressure washed a short cement walkway for us. I didn't realize how very dirty it had been until Luis cleaned it. The men cleaned up everything when they were finished. They were extremely pleasant to work with and very responsive. I would call them again in a heartbeat for any pressure washing needs.

Luis and his partner arrived early (good) and immediately went to work. They were careful and considerate in the use of their equipment to safeguard landscaping and the house. The work was done very efficiently and after an inspection I was pleasantly surprised to see they had done even more than I had asked by washing off our deck and cleaning around our front entry way. They were neat and clean and after they were finished it was difficult to see they were there except for the sparkling clean house and gutters.

We purchased teh offer from Angie and never heard from the vendor. Months later we called the vendor directly to schedule an apt. After two reschedules, the job was finally done and done well.

We bought a Big Deal for pressure washing our house. Luis contacted us the next day and arranged an appointment for later that week. He and another man arrived right on time and set up quickly. I asked him how much it would cost to pressure wash our roof, which had quite a bit of algae and moss growing on it. He quoted me a very reasonable price. They started with the roof and then completed our exterior walls and windows. The whole job took less than 3 hours and the results were terrific. The siding and roof both look like new. I would heartily recommend R&L to anyone.

They were spectacular. I haven't had any issues since. I was very, very happy with the work they did. There were no additional costs.

I used my Angie's List coupon to cover the entire cost of the pressure-washing job. The crew chief (Luis) and his partner (Jose) arranged at my request to come on the Saturday after I bought the coupon because we are hurrying to put the house on the market. They arrived on time with all necessary equipment and did a fine job. There was green algae on the shady north face of the house, but they got it all off. Their flexibility in giving up their Saturday afternoon for me was extremely helpful to us.

Service is easy since you don't have to be home. However, after I purchased the service I had to contact the company many times before an appointment could be made. They should be calling the individual that purchase a service--not customer tracking the company down.

Representatives made contact with me almost immediately after purchase. They were courteous and responsive. They were able to work with my scheduled. They showed up on time and focused on cleaning the siding and gutters. Both the siding and gutters look great; I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to others.

They were very communicative, we had to re-schedule the appointment due to rain, and professional. Hustle free and thorough work.

Luis, the owner of R & L Pressure Washing, and his staff were able to resume my previous contractors' leftover to complete my routine deck clean project professionally today, Nov 9. Luis did a nice job and was pleasant. We had an issue with weather for the first appointment but worked with us to reschedule. We got the Big Deal and added the driveway upon arrival. The house and driveway look great - better than I expected!

We needed some extra work done, however they did not do this kind of work, so we went with another company.

Good job. Quick and thorough

An appointment was set up to power-wash the deck. The workers were delayed but called to let me know that. They then scheduled the return visit several days later. The deal came with a clear sealant but a color sealer was offered to improve the appearance of the deck. We opted for the clear and are very happy with it. Water now beads up on the deck and is much easier to clean off. Thanks to R&L, we're ready for winter!

The gentleman was very professional and on time. He did a great job getting off a lot of dirt from tree residue on our home, especially in the back of the house. He cleaned and secured all our gutters and sprayed our windows as well. I would recommend this company to family and friends!

The well water system in my community is being change to the city system and water pressure is very low. It will not be changed over until February 2014. R & L Pressure Washing told me to call them back when everything was changed over. The owner had good interpersonal skills.

They were great, very thorough, they contacted me promptly, scheduled a date that was convenient for me, they called on their way to give me a close approximation on their arrival time and the work was great. No complaints. They got back to me within a couple weeks of me purchasing the deal and I paid only the cost of the deal.
