This company sent a pressure washer with a defective machine. He worked on the machine for about 5 hours in front of my house, leaving 2 large oil spills and several smaller spills. He assured me he could clean up the stains when he returned the next day with a functioning machine. He did return, he pressure-washed some concrete in my back yard, but then had no idea bout how to clean up the oil stains. I am left with several unsightly oil smears on the street in front of my house. Two times the employee that caused this problem has promised to return to try and clean it up, both times he has failed to show. It is unconscionable that a company's employee would work on a piece of equipment in front of a client's house. It is unconscionable that an employee would lie about returning to fix the problems he created. Also, this company's email address does ot work so it is proving to be impossible to reach someone and get this straightened out.
