Description of Work: Pressure washed the house as a $299 Big Deal, and also pressure washed our 40-foot long front porch for an extra fee, which we expected. They couldn't make the original appointment because another job took longer than planned (weather related) but were very accommodating to reschedule for our convenience. Good job. House and porch look so much better.

Description of Work: Pressure wash exterior siding. The pressure wash left unsightly marks on the front of the house where the sprayer was held too close to the siding. It removed the color from the siding in step with the waving motion of the wand. This was supposed to be a very low pressure wash but it was apparently not low enough.

Hello Please be honest in your review... you called saturday to made appointment and get prices for deck pressure washing, i gave good prices and i made appointment for today at 9:00 am, you was sooo happy, everything was good BUT!!! you called today at 8:15 am really angry and said... "I wanna cancel!!! you didnt see my deck and also you didnt should me contract!!!!" ... Please! you gave me dimensions and details of the deck that's why i gave price, also you called ONE HOUR BEFORE TO CANCEL!!! you dont understand what is respect people and business, if you want to make appointment for estimate, i will, but you cant change main and said cancel also i need contract... sorry but we didn't speak about that and 90% of the jobs for $250.00 dollars wasn't with contract BUT if you want we do!!! is not a problem but ask for that before make appointment, because the space for your appointment cancel and day work of my workers is important for me, i hope you find other company also i hope you don't lie other companies for make this kind of reviews to feel important people.

Description of Work: Power wash of entire house. Initially, there was some confusion because I went through Angie's list big deal to pAy for the services. He wanted a coupon, which I did not have. But the customer service rep at Angie's list was able to straighten it out .

Description of Work: The provider scheduled the appointment for 3PM and arrived at 9AM - this happened on both the pressure washing and staining appointments. (The second time, my wife had to leave work before expected to meet them.) The pressure washing was done well, and I would have them do that again. The provider had me purchse the stain and stated they would put on two coats. The application was uneven and only one coat was applied. While I would have the provider perform the pressure washing again, I would pass on the stain application.

Description of Work: I asked them to sand and that cost extra which was fine because we agreed on a price. I also provided the sealant because I wanted a different brand and they were fine with that. Mostly I appreciated that they came when they said they would, called, confirmed etc. Very helpful for a service provider.
