Description of Work: We confirm the date and time. Mr. Ortiz was early and that was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was unable to perform the job to no fault of his own. He needed a lot of water and a certain amount of pressure from the water in the house to perform his job. We have an old house and the pipes would not allow him to do the work. Hello! thanks to contact us! I remember that day, because I do all the jobs, and the person buy the coupon not call was his wife, she call me really angry and said ... what time are you guys gonna come... I said appointment is for 3 to 3:30 pm , she said... but is to late to do this job!!! how long you thinks to take for clean my gutters and home pressure washing!!! I don't want you take three days because is late and tomorrow you don't gonna finish either... I was sorprising I explained to her how we do the job and how long take to us we are 3 or two teens in each group and I was with two more guys also this job take me 2 hours and we use tools for this service make us fast the job, but she was angry yeah, I come late for 25 min I apologize for that but when we arrived she didn't want talk to me and she said... Is my husband who's has to speak with you and she shut the door, we started and also I took pictures because I know every customer and I was sure she want to make bad review, I finished perfect also I included some places to make she happy because I was sure again she wants to make bad review and I was correct she did a bad review lmao... is so funny every year I have more customers and I sooo happy, but I have more f too because you always gonna have people you don't like them for my race (Latino, my a cent or just my face) anyway I'm so happy to do my services to everybody if I have bad reviews I gonna try to make everything much better, thanks!

Description of Work: The provider would only communicate via the message feature on Angie's List so it was difficult to communicate effectively. Asked the provider for a phone number but did not receive one. We scheduled the appointment for 8 AM but the provider showed up at 11 AM without a call or message. When asked why they were late, the provider said it was due to the rain. They should have at least called rather than show up 3 hours later. The owner (Luis) took a look at the deck and explained that it would cost an additional $500 if we provide the stain since our deck required staining. Decided to cancel the service due to the overall frustrating experience and unexpected additional costs.

I spoke with the people paid the coupon not you!, I been in the house in the day appointment, I just wait for rain stop, also your deck is 400 sq ft and I tried to give you really cheap price but just talk me... I can do the pressure washing, i just want stain.... i knew you want me down price but i can't do anything with prices, i have to pay my people, also i recommend you to do by your self if you don't have money, but is not fair make F review just for don't give free the job, if you feel happy doing this im happy..., have nice day!!!
