Description of Work: I would have graded the company an A as they did an excellent job, however, when it came time to pay for the services, he would not honor the Angie's List coupon. He provided me with three different reasons why he could not honor it. His first reason was that I did not mentioned the coupon, which is not true. My husband advised him that we had a coupon from Angie's list. The second reason was that our deck was not the size that Angie's list provided for the coupon. The third reason was that Angie's list would not honor the coupon. I called and asked if he would come to the house to discuss the pricing, and still with that, he would not honor nor negotiate another price. I again have to say that his staff did an excellent job. It is very unfortunate that he would not negotiate a price.

Hello!!! thanks for contact us!, let me be clear in this review because I always try to do everything perfect and be fair in the price... Your husband called for estimate, I been there and I made the estimate for him, he said... price is good, please set up appointment..., soooo he agree price, I did the pressure washing, and no bady said nothing just look nice, after that I back to sealer and you tell me why I charged that price, also you said I gonna write everything to angieslist because the coupon is not true!!!, your deck is big, that's why have to be more expensive also you have trex material where I cover and tape it, that's why price is more expensive, I remember I said... please go to angieslist and comment this because I can explain what happen and show to the customer I do a good job and I have good prices too, have wonderful day!!!

Description of Work: Originally bought a deal for deck pressure washing and sealing. However, I let Luis know I was interested in restaining my deck instead of sealing it and he was able to provide me a fair price. The end result looks amazing. I definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I purchased a home and deck pressure wash as part of a home sale. The service is excellent, but you do need to read the fine print. Make sure you either agree to step washing as part of the price, or get a full quote for all the items you need/want washed. I enjoyed dealing with this company, and they will also stain decks as well, which I purchased separately.
