As we've experienced before with Luis' company, the work was prompt, professional, and of high quality. We needed a minor touch-up as a follow-up, and Luis did that at no charge. We had previously received a higher bid from another provider, and chose R&L because of their record of quality work for a fair price.

I’ll never use another co for power washing again. After the job was completed , I found a few places that were not quite as I envisioned. They were happy to rewash the spots and ensure the job met my expectations . I appreciate companies that genuinely stand behind their customer service promise!

Service was fantastic. Our house looks great and we have a brand new deck to use thus summer. I even asked Luis to come back and he did. Service is well worth the money spend.

We needed to get our house pressure washed because one side was getting icky and moldy. I contacted Mr. Ortiz and he responded almost right away with a date to come by that same week. He was so easy to communicate with by phone and text. On the day of the job, he arrived on his own and did a fantastic job - pressure washed the exterior of our house, the gutters and downspouts, and the garage door. Everything looked sparkling and new. Mr. Ortiz even cleaned our driveway and stoop even though it wasn't technically included in the deal. We already recommended him to our neighbors and would gladly hire him again!

Mr Ortiz came on time and did an outstanding job cleaning gutters and house siding with power equipment. He did a very careful and thorough job of hand cleaning glass sunroom. He worked hard. Very good price.

R & L was great - very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I thought our deck and fence needed replacement and that the house trim needed painting. But really, they just needed a good cleaning. Well worth the money and I'll hire them again to pressure wash my patios.

The contractor was very responsive with communications and quote, short turnaround on availability to do the work. Gave me a quote but I sprung a new request on him when he arrived, to clean my roof gutters as well as pressure wash the house and the detached 3-car garage. His update to quote was quick and reasonable. No shortcuts taken, he meticulously washed everything. Very pleased with the results.

Luis was wonderful -- professional, honest, and did beautiful work. He came to give me an estimate when he promised, showed up for working on the deck when promised, and kept in communication with me about progress or weather delays. He was more than fair with his pricing and even when the work was more than he bargained for, he kept his word with the pricing. I will without a doubt, hire him again.

The owner was extremely responsive, both to our request for a free estimate and when scheduling the work. He and his team showed up exactly when they said they would, and the job was done quickly and professionally. The front of our house faces north, so it does not get any sunlight and accumulates the most dirt. I was shocked at how clean they were able to make our entry way. The price was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job! I would hire them again.

Luis and his team are excellent! He's extremely responsive and great to communicate with. My deck had a fair number of boards to replace, including some that were not standard, and they worked through those hurdles effectively. I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere the next time I need work done on my deck/ fence

Luis responded quickly to my request, and got the work done within the week I called. He came on time, and worked quickly and efficiently (he even cut back some bushes to get to the shutters). I will definitly call him when I need additional work done!
