Description of Work: The project was 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen; all walls, ceilings, and trim. Luis gave me an excellent price including the materials. Some of the rooms came out perfect but unfortunately there were several spots where the old color was coming through (even after Luis said he used 2 coats). I was impressed that Luis went himself the very same day I complained, and he fixed all of the problem spots. I really did not like the way Luis yelled at me when I was upset about the problem areas, this was very unprofessional (he actually said “I’m tired of this shit”). Overall the job now looks excellent! But I wish they had been more thorough on the first coats, to avoid the problem spots.

Good morning i can agree if we missed some spots, i always have the best rating and my clients want 5 stars in my job, BUT if i have mistake, i always be happy to come back and doing again, i try to be perfect every time but is not possible, and you agree i back to fix it, what i can't accept is the lying..., i never say..."i dont want to do this s***!... please i need you change this because you slander me, i never say or treated my clients like that, I'll do all i cant to report this false review, is not fair do the best for you and you lying.

Luiggi and an assistant arrived on time, inquired carefully about the job (I told him various concerns and all the details of what I hoped he would do.) He got to work, keeping the machine outside so he didn't need to trek through the house. He was very careful with details, like corners and not over-washing the railings so as to avoid removing paint. A little water got under one door, but he cleaned it up right away. He was polite, skilled, respectful--a good professional. I could tell he cared about doing a good job.
Description of Work: I had two small decks (railings, and stairs) that were in bad shape and desperately needed a wash. That's what was done.

Luigi and his partner were on time and very professional. They were very painstaking, detail oriented, and slowly pressure washed each part of my patio and driveway, also cleaning up after themselves afterwards. My patio and driveway turned from a grey, sooty color to beaming lignt tan (color it is supposed to be). It looked so good that some of my neighbors asked for his phone number. Luigi always is pleasant to work with, and has a great attitude. He is very customer oriented, and finds solutions around any minor challenges that may come up during the work (like my front and back water hoses that were not giving off enough pressure in the water - he brought back a new tank to use that would spray water directly from the tank). I liked his work so much that I am now having him pressure wash and seal my back patio wood walls and doors. Prices are very reasonable. Everything looks like new!
Description of Work: Initially last year Luigi pressure washed my townhouse patio floor. I was so happy with his work that 2 weeks ago I had him do the same to my entire driveway. He did such a good job there that I am now having him pressure wash and seal my patio walls.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Mr. Ortiz. We thought we were going to have to replace our deck before he came out to pressure wash and treat. We will definitely bring him back to stain. The deck looks almost new again. Great Job!
