Overall they did a very nice job. Our 60-year-old house hadn't been properly cared for, so there was a lot of gunk on e brick facade. The workers came about 30 minutes early, but I was home so it didn't matter. They were professional and courteous. After cleaning, they asked me to take a look around the house. I noticed one area that needed more work. After the next pass the house looked much better, but a few spots remained. Other negative was that some water came in through a French door, which caused some rubbing on the bottom of the frame. However this seems to have resolved itself. Still, I wish they had been more careful.

I called and left a message. My call was returned within a couple hours and I was able to schedule quickly. The company arrived early, worked efficiently, and did a great job. We would definitely use them again.

Mr. Ortiz did a great job on our deck - and was responsive, punctual and adequately explained the process.

They arrived on time and were very professional. We recently purchased the home and it was in desperate need of a face life. They washed the home four times. It was a completely different color. I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised. They kept cleaning until they were satisified with the result. I would definitely recommend this company.

R & L arrived on time and got right to work. They pressure washed my home and did a fantastic job!! The service took about 2.5 hours. I showed them an area that needed special attention due to a recently removed tree and the siding in that area looks great. I would highly recommend this service provider.

I needed my basement steps by back door pressure washed. I called tuesday 9/3 and spoke to mr them Ortiz and he informed me that he would be able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. He came as promised and did a marvelous job. I did not think that the basement area could have been restored so beautifully. My wall were restored to the beautiful brown colour it once way and the concrete steps look so new. Before leaving I was able to get an estimate for them to come back and do my deck. Thank you Mr. Ortiz for a job well done.

R&L did an EXCELLENT job. Our home is white with black trim - and looks brand new!! I will definitely have them back again. I was fortunate to have bought a coupon so got the work done at a great deal. Luiggi was great about scheduling since we both work.

They were very professional. We had to reschedule because of rain but it was handled very well. When finished they took us around the house to be sure it was done to our satisfaction. We have had others perform this service over the years and must say this was the best job of any of them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and my brother was very happy with the service that was provided. I don't live in the house and was not there when the work was done. I think they came out about a week after I bought the Big Deal. They scheduled the service with my brother and sister-in-law. She said they did a good job and the house looked really great after it was done. I think their price was fair.

Fine. Provider was late because they said they were busy with another job. They were also going to wash the windows but could not because it was too late in the day. Gladly recommend them again for a job like this.

The service turned out very well. There were extra charges because I used the stain instead of just the clear coat. They were very good. I would absolutely use them again. The price seemed reasonable. The guy that came out was pretty good.

Provider promptly called after purchase of coupon. They were unable to keep first date due to rain. Arrived as scheduled for new date. Providers were very professional and did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would hire them again.

R & L did a wonderful job of washing the siding on my house, which had not been cleaned for a number of years. For a modest extra fee they also washed the 1-step and 3-step front and back concrete stoops on my house, which were very discolored with leaf mold. They washed the entire house and treated the steps, then went around the house again to work on problem areas. These included wooden overhangs from my roof, which are not covered by soffits and thus collect lots of dirt and cobwebs, as well as the very dirty older painted frames of my large front windows. I believe they spent quite a lot of extra time going over these areas, as well as some others, and the effect is quite startling in how clean and white the entire house and trim look. The steps also look great and were well worth the extra money. I would definitely use them again. I gave a B grade for punctuality because they were a little over an hour late and it would have been nice to have had a phone call. However, my calls to them were always very promptly returned. All in all, I was extremely pleased with this "big deal."

It turned out fine. They came out within a week of me purchasing the deal and I paid the price of the deal alone.

The gentleman who first came in the door barely spoke English and was rude. The first thing he said was "why are we here"....they had the wrong information on what was to be done to the house and then complained because we had other workers installing flooring and that they could not work around them. The floor installers were very nice and accomodated these guys but they still had an attitude. They also left a huge mess on my back deck from the leaves they removed from the gutters plus in the process of power washing the back of the house, one the workers broke a glass plant stand that was on my back deck and didn't bother to even tell me. I found it when I went out on the deck later that day. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

It went well. They cleaned everything. Only issue they made an appointment for noon and I said I would meet them. They called and left a message about 11, said they were early, and would start and that I didn't need to be there. I wouldn't have taken off work (already on the way home) if they had said that at the time I booked the appointment.

Excellent job. Arrived on time. Spent over three hours doing an extremely thorough job. I would highly recommend R and L.

Fast, courteous and thorough work. They also explained the process and tools in use.
