R&L Pressure Washing Painting and Decking

In a word, OUTSTANDING. Luis was prompt, courteous and professional. He showed up at the time we agreed to and finished the job in a timely fashion. I have a fairly large 2 story house, the non-sun bearing sides of my house and the fence were built up with quite a bit of mildew. They are spotless now. I felt the price was a fair price and I have no reservations at all in recommending this company to others.

Guys did good job. Only complaint is when they showed up they told me they did not know how far I lived away and that they spent a lot on gas. The ad on the list stated that they serviced my county. I gave them extra gas money but with held the tip I usually give these guys. I'm on a well and they also mentioned the pressure wasn't what they needed. Overall house looks good.

I already had a fantastic experience with Luis last week when he pressure washed my house. This time he came back to wash my windows (inside and out) and the screens. As usual, he was prompt, courteous and professional. The job included 30 double hung windows and other fixed windows/doors plus a large wall like window in the family room. I can now see out of my windows! He left the house as he found it, worked around the window dressings with damaging or disturbing them. I felt the cost was extremely reasonable considering the amount of glass in the house and clearly will have him back next year.

R & L Pressure Washington service was great. They came on time and did a fantastic job pressure washing the exterior of our home. They encouraged me to walk with them around the exterior of the house to check their work. I will certainly use them again!! Great Job.

I think he was a little confused in that he priced pressure washing my deck and applying a semi-transparent sealer at $710, but priced the same job with a clear sealer at $350. Wanted pictures of the deck, when every other provider that gave me estimates came out and looked at the deck first hand. I don't doubt that he would do a good job, but seemed rough around the edges as compared to is competition. That $350 price was awefully tempting though.

Given that the estimate was more than twice the price I have paid in the past, I elected not to use this provider.

They were very punctual. professional...did not realize that we had bought the package deal from Angie's List for both services, so they had to go back and reclean some after gutter. Wasn't their fault; simply miscommunication from company. Would use them again.

The deck wood is splinter and damaged from the high pressure he used while cleaning the surface. The finish dried milky with areas that are not covered. This is the worse job I have ever seen!!! I do not recommend him to my worse enemy.

It looks great and I will use them again next year. What I particularly appreciated was that they took special care to clean up any debris before they sealed it. Others that have done this job before simply put the seal over the debris.

Luis is awesome! He was very responsive, provided a fair & accurate quote, and was very polite/courteous. He arrived on time and did a beautiful job! The cleaning was very thorough and the windows are sparkling clean. The gutters were really dirty and he scrubbed them until they were 100% clean. He worked hard and took his time to ensure everything was spotless. We will definitely use R&L again!

That turned out fine. Two technicians came out and his was done on a two story home. They were scheduled for one day, but something came up and they have to reschedule.

R&L Pressure Washing did a fabulous job. They scheduled the appointment right away, arrived on time and completed the job in an appropriate amount of time. Our deck looked brand new when they were done. I would use them again and recommend them.

I got a call scheduling the service. I made sure we were available for them. They never showed up. Not much to rate.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. Those guys were so nice. Everything was positive; they did a great, great job. They were very professional and the job they did was a very professional job. The price was extremely good and we have recommended them to people.

It went well. The team did a thorough job of cleaning very dirty siding. They were very professional and courteous. They were careful not to disturb the surrounding plants. A thorough inspection was done and any discrepancies were immediately rectified.

They arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They did an outstanding job and were very professional.

He pressure washed my deck, and he was horrible. His office is in Maryland, and I live in North Virginia, but they are close. It is a very small deck. He came out, he quoted me a price, I was supposed to buy the stain, so I went to Home Depot, and bought the stain. He said that it didn't' need more than one coat, and I read on the container, and it said I needed to do more than one coat. I called him back and asked him to come and do the other coat, and he got smart with me, and said that he knew. I told him that it said on the can, that you are supposed to put one more coat, and I went to Home Depot, and the guy there said absolutely, you are supposed to put more than one coat. I never got him back here. He got beliterate, and I never wanted him back at my house. I put on the second coat myself. He did good work, but he has attitude problems. He was given me an argument, and i think if I had insisted, he would have come out one more time, but I didn't want him at my house anymore. I was going to give him a bad review, but my daughter said he may come here and hurt me. He wants to do things his way, and he said he knows, never mind what the paint said. He would only put one coat on. I noticed that he gets a lot of good reviews from people. He brought in a helper, and they wouldn't roll it on, they brushed it on, but he didn't want to put another coat. I called Bear Paint and the guy said absolutely. He put on a nice first coat, it wasn't sloppy. He was supposed to come 3 different dates and he didn't. He didn't show up, and then he wanted to come when it was raining.

The deck looks better than new. When it rains, the water beads up on it.

Did a great job. Got moss off of white siding. Did the job while we were at work and we were very satisfied.

Everything went well.They did a good job.We decided to pay extra money to have my deck power washed at the same time.

Scheduling was a little challenging. But once scheduled, the provider did a great job. The deck was washed and sealed appropriately. Bonus points for not requiring me to stay home: They used a ladder to access the deck and completed the job to satisfaction.
