I had found this company via Angie's List and from the beginning, Luis was very courteous and prompt in his responses. He arrived on time to his appointments and did an excellent job on my deck. After his crew sanded and re-stained the deck, it looks like a brand new deck. Thank you, Luis!

Hard to schedule kept using Angie's list instead of calling. Canceled at 8pm night before because of backlog due to inclement weather. I could only have it down on certain days. Canceled and will go with another provider.

We had some initial confusion on the date for the powerwash, but eventually we got it done within a few days of the initial date. It took me calling a few times to get a date set for the follow-up sealing. The contractor charged me an extra $30 beyond the Angie's list price to wash and seal the deck steps. The powerwashing left a mess of dirt on periphery surfaces like my screen door which I wish had been cleaned up before departing.

Luis and crew did a wonderful job pressure washing our home and cleaning our windows. The staff was professional, kind, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate a few times, but the company did a great job to re-schedule and they worked around my schedule and got the job done!

Overall the job went very well. R&L's work was excellent and the deck has never looked better. Cleaning the deck required two visits. The arrived promptly for the first visit which was the pressure washing. They were late for the second visit, and failed to notify us of their delay. However, they ultimately arrived several hours beyond the scheduled time, and completed the job in a professional and high quality manner. We were pleased with their work and costs, and would use them again without hesitation.

The provider was very kind. He even repaired a broken wood and accompanied me to home depot to purchase the right paint.

The service was not bad at all. We were not home, but they did a great job. I had no issues with them. We had it scheduled on the date that we first came up with and then there were multiple days and on both of those days it was raining outside. So, he was proactive in calling me in saying that he would not be able to make it because of the rain. Then, they rescheduled it. He came out first thing the next day. So, I appreciated him being proactive with that. He came out within two weeks. It would have been within a week if the weather had cooperated. The results were good. There were multiple spots on the side of the house that were physically removed. So, I was happy with the results.

R & L Pressure Washing did an excellent job! The two guys that performed the service were very professional, punctual, and made sure that anything around the deck area was moved and returned when finished. They took extra care in doing a complete job and I am very pleased with the outcome.

The team arrived as scheduled and power washed the siding of my home to remove mildew and mold which took approximately 2 hours. I was please with the work and I had to pay an additional $50 because I had a single family dwelling home.
