Juan, by himself, cleaned my carpeting very efficiently. On time, pleasant, very careful of my things. Never used this company before, but will definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced.

My rug is still wet, it has been over 24 hours. Does not smell good.

A great deal of hard work was required to clean my carpets. Nav-Ex applies expertise and elbow grease for a perfect result.

We have premium cleaning with spot and stain clean. Took 1/2 stars off because they don't really do spot clean; just sprayed more chemical and regular scrubbing. Other than that, the cleaning is great. Recommend to have premium package with scrubbing; it really deep clean your carpet.

Juan, the technician, reviewed the project and notified his superior that he might only be able to clean the sectional sofa about 85% better than it was. I agreed and he went to work. The end product: about 98% better than it was. I found Juan a pleasure to work with, very neat, very respectfully and very efficient. I have been an interior home remodeling contractor for 38 years. JUAN IS A KEEPER. Wish he was on my payroll.

My rug was in bad shape. The technician promised 90% restoration. The company produced even better than that. I couldn't be happier. I no longer have to replace the rug, and the cost was amazingly low.

Along with other issues I had with this company, they want your credit card information before coming to your house.

I hired them for before a big event and then they "postponed" at the last minute when it was too late to get someone else. Might be good but if someone isn't reliable I cancel.
