Nav-Ex Cleaning

The ladies came for the first time today, to do their in-depth initial clean. They've done a wonderful job, and I look forward to having them back every two weeks. We'll be paying $95 bi-weekly for our 1200sqft apartment. That's a little more than some cleaning services charge, but the service they give is well worth it I think.

NAV-EX is a first-rate firm. Both Sierra and Daisy in the office were meticulous about scheduling and follow-through. Best of all, Sonia and Yolanda were superb - extraordinarily proactive & professional. They moved like the wind and missed almost no details. I welcome them back soon & often! Able to schedule them for the next day in a pinch (a Saturday). Showed up in time. Did a great job in what was a very dirty property. Worked very quickly. Would recommend!

The person I spoke with at Nav-Ex to make an appointment was so helpful and pleasant. Delightful. The appt. was scheduled for between 10AM - 1:00PM arrival. Jess called this morning to let me know the cleaners would arrive at 11:00AM,...so I would know when to expect them. They were on time. They did a great job. They arranged my frig better than I ever did. The carpet cleaner gentleman did the best job on my 27 yr old carpet than anyone has ever done before. Hired them to do a carpet steam cleaning, and scotchguard protection. Very reasonable price, they were polite on the phone, showed up on time, everything as promised; quality quite satisfactory. Recommended.

Nav-Ex customer service was wonderful. They were very responsive in responding to my inquiry and even faster to respond after I had questions about their service. I received a phone call while the cleaners were enroute and a confirmation of their arrival. The ladies were friendly with no attitude and I feel they did a good job. After the services were finished, they called me back to inspect and called their manager to confirm and I received the up-front bill as I was told. I would recommend this service.

The staff was friendly and very professional at all times. They arrived on time and finished within the time stated. We were very pleased with the work they did, including a few small decorative touches (pillow arrangement, kleenex "fan" in the holder, etc.). The price seemed a little steep, but this was the first cleaning, which was a little more in depth. I would definitely hire them again.

The cleaners did a great job on our college rental house. It was left very dirty from the previous renters. The house looked great after they were finished. We will use them again for this house, which is an annual change over for new renters.

I needed to clean parts of the kitchen and baths after they did. They did things I didn't ask for and cleaned areas I specifically said not to. As a result they went over the 2 hours and charged me more. No one before has taken more than 2 hours to clean my house. And no one charged as much. Remaking beds that were already made and creating flowers out of kleenex may be part of their service, but they should have told me that upfront. I wanted to be able to communicate with them while they were working and asked for someone who spoke English, but neither could communicate in English.

Just hire them! This was our first time having someone detail kind of clean of our home. They cleaned everything and then some. We clean on a regular basis but after 10 years, it's time to pull everything back and get the nicks and marks off the walls, steps, etc. And yes the dust too. We have hardwood floors throughout and they were careful not to damage them with excessive chemicals - just damp mop. Bathrooms and Kitchen were done well also. Excellent work done by all from the first response team, Deysi/Gabriela to the actual workers, it was a pleasant experience. You won't be dissatisfied.

I had to fight with the company to get a receipt. The Service Technician said that he did not carry a receipt book with him. I call the office and the lady that answered the phone gave me a really hard time. I had to refuse to pay until they gave me a receipt. After about 45 minutes of dispute, the company emailed me a receipt. Customers should not have to go through this process to get a receipt. I will never refer or use this company again.
