"This is a customer whom we have done work for several years and is a friend of the family. The only part of this statement I agree with is the one about showing up without notification. On that I did screw up and I apologized for it, so I understand the comment about “punctually” we showed up without notification. As to communication, we sent an email with what we would do on what days for the entire time we were doing the work. As to the rest of the comment we told the customer repeatedly that the debris would be picked up at the completion of the job. If we were to go to the dump two or three times they charge us for each trip we make, contractors are not FREE and this would be passed on to the customer. He had a choice and agreed to wait. Overall, the customer and I have exchanged several emails since his writing of the review and his level of discontent has gone down and is more like the person we came to know over the years. We never profess to be perfect, we try real hard to be perfect sometimes we do fall short of our expectations for one reason or another, however we never run from our obligations and welcome constructive criticism when needed, after all we are in the “IMPROVEMENT business”."
"Thank you, we appreciate your business and look forward to being able to help you in the near future."

"Thank you for a wonderful review. It is a pleasure to work with and for people who appreciate how hard we try to do everything perfectly. We pride ourselves on customer service and when you are remodeling a persons home we want it to be as close to perfect as possible. We did this job over a year ago and it's great to see that the client still feels as good about our work now as they did a year ago when we did the work. Thank you.."
I thought they were fantastic. I received a lot of estimates and there prices were very good. He was the only one that got what I was saying. They started at 8am and stayed until 4pm. They really worked hard. The supervisor was constantly coming back to check on the workers. The only thing that I have to complain about was they took their tarp wen they were done and tossed it in the back yard.
"Thank you for your kind words and praise. I'm sorry about the trap, hopefully they picked it up."
