This company is running a scam. The booking process was smooth, and they accommodated my last-minute request. While the workers were friendly, none spoke English, so we used Google Translate and phone calls for communication. They seemed to do a great job, but the next day, I received a shocking call claiming they would charge me $300 extra due to alleged poor working conditions, denied lunch breaks, and refusal to allow pictures of supposed feces and worms?claims that were outright lies. I was present the entire time, and they even took pictures when they arrived. Despite positive communication throughout, they fabricated this story. I refused to authorize the charge and warned I?d report them for fraud if they proceeded. Avoid this service at all costs!

This company is 100% a scam. They cancelled on us after we had waited the full 2 hours. Promised to come the next day at a specific time, showed up half an hour late. The cleaners were late, unprepared, and only cleaned for the 45 minutes I was at the house. THey left without notice, leaving our house unlocked for hours. We came home to a home dirtier than we left. Trash all over our counter. Spilled mess they made. Literal dirt in the closets. Hair in the sinks. Nothing had been dusted or cleaned at all. THey left dirty mop water all over the floors. The did not clean in any of the bedrooms. Countertops not wiped down. Absolutely nothing. And they dont communicate. I am lucky nothing was stolen from house, as they are supposed to call when they are done and we do a final walkthrough. I gave the cleaner my number multiple times and confirmed that she would text me when she was finishing up. Nothing. I went back over because I got worried, and was devastated when I got in. They wasted my weekend, and screwed me over as I was unable to book anyone else this weekend since they just no showed, and did a shitty job. Worst decision I have ever made. Please never use this service. This is the worst service i've ever received on anything in my entire life. The reviews are probably fake bots or people paid to say that.

I contacted this cleaning service for coming to estimate, and the owner (I assumed) came on Thursday, 6/8/2023. I walked her through the house and explained what I needed for the first time cleaning using her firm. I need a deep cleaning for the house including all the rooms and space in the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. I also said, if we continue with your service, we would only need to clean 2 bedrooms 1 study room plus family room, dinning area, and kitchen area. After the estimate, hours later I got a call from a different person and she said the cost was $317 for the first time and it would be reduced for future services. On Friday, two nice ladies showed up on time but when I walked them through the house they looked puzzled. The said they were told to do 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms cleaning but this house has more. They are really nice people and started to work and worked very hard trying to cleaning everything as I expected for the deep cleaning. However, since they did not expect the amount of the cleaning work, they run out of the time in the end. I noticed that they were rush to get done to leave and I had to mention that sorry the study room is not yet been cleaned. They then picked up. I felt unformattable for the process and felt sorry for these two ladies. While the ladies were doing the cleaning, I got a call from the person doing the schedule and she said the price has to be increased to $365.7 since the bedrooms that were cleaned was 4.5. I paid the invoice since I did not want these two lovely and hard working ladies did not get paid for what they deserved. The process of this made me to be disappointed with this cleaning service management, and I would not continue to use its service.

My wife has been asking for help around the house and they did a great job. She and I are very happy with the results.

Did a great initial deep cleaning. And now come back weekly. Best service Iâ ve used in 20+ years.
