The cleaners came as scheduled, although I did not get a reminder call the night before as I thought I was supposed to. They did a terrific job. Everything was very clean when I returned home later that day. Angie's List has a coupon for 10 percent off or a free special job for the first cleaning. I chose refrigerator cleaning, and it was absolutely sparkling. Home Maid Services did a much more thorough job than the company that I previously used, which went out of business recently.

The team showed up on time and cleaned up the apartment that I was moving out of. They worked efficiently and did a good job. Then they cleaned the new townhouse I am moving into. It was quite dirty from the last owner. They cleaned inside the oven, cabinets, all the closets, even the garage. I was so impressed that I hired them to clean the townhouse on a regular basis. I have been pleased with the service so far.

They come out every two weeks. Our experience with them has been very good. We have no complaints at all. They do a little more than they say they would. Their prices are good and they are thorough. We would definitely use them again.

It went great. The first time I called, the person was very pleasant and helpful, and took the time to explain the services to me. Out of the four companies I called that service "Montgomery County" this company was the only one willing to drive to the Burtonsville/Laurel area. I ended up rescheduling at the last minute because my house settlement was delayed. They were very polite and understanding, even though they didn't have to be. A crew of three people came to the house a few minutes early (I love punctuality). It took them just under 4 hours to clean the house, and clean they did. The house was in poor condition, with mice droppings, spider webs, dirt, grime, you name it. By the time they were done, the house was sparkling. It saved me so much time and labor. I wish I booked them for the rental house I moved out of. I would definitely call them again.

Joe came out the same day I called for an estimate. He very thoroughly described everything the maids were going to do on their initial clean and on bi-weekly cleanings. The price he gave was unbelievable. I had been quoted at much as $50 more. The following week, the maids came out. They were cleaning machines. I had to hide the dogs because I was afraid they were going to suck them up in the vacuum. The house is wonderfully clean. I would eat off the carpets. It smells great. The carpets have a neat vacuum pattern on them. I almost don't want to walk on them. I'm going to have to go out to eat tonight because I don't want to mess up the kitchen. Overall, I'd say give them a call. They are unbelievably reasonable and do a fantastic job!

We have a set time for them. They were to come to work between one and three. They come anytime between 10:30 and 12:30. When they first started, the initial cleaning was not good. It has settled in and it is OK. When they first started they ruined a $35 mat in our kitchen. I called and talked to them and they told me to order and other one and they would pay for it. They were awfully nice about it, so we didn't do anything. They took all the nobs off of my stove to clean them well. They got them all back on but one, which dangles now. My husband and I are both partially crippled, so I need good help sweeping the floors and cleaning, and they do a good job on that. Other than not meeting a schedule, they are settling in OK.

They were prompt and professional. They did all of the work that I asked them to do. They did a good job and I am kind of picky. I plan to have them come back out when the next phase of remodeling and construction is done. The price was fine. It was two women who came out and they spent four hours at my home. I think that I got my moneys worth from their service.

My parents have been having trouble keeping up with cleaning and clutter for some time, so my wife and I decided to move in to help them out. And, of course, promptly got pregnant so we've been adding to the problem rather than helping it. Given this, I decided that a day of maid service would be a great gift for my mother's birthday and a good way to "audition" a service since she's been talking about getting one. After some searching, I found Home Maid Service by reading reviews here and decided to give them a try. We only had a window of about four hours that she would be gone, but they arrived promptly at 8:30 and left at about 12:30. All things considered, they worked miracles. This wasn't a "deep cleaning" but they cut through years of neglect. In all they cleaned the kitchen, three bathrooms, and did some vacuuming in the living room, hallways, stairs, and at least two bedrooms. Most dramatic was the ground level bathroom which for years has been "the cat bathroom". The litter tray there means that the floor is always "gritty" and so the room is left mostly to the cats. I shudder to think what they found when they moved things around, but they did it and the room is actually safe for human use once again. Joe and Cheryl were great, suffering through many phone calls, and they really bent over backwards to make the birthday surprise work. The price ($25 per person per hour, so $200 for four hours) was among the most reasonable I found in my search, and they didn't try to get any more out of us even given the extremely dirty nature of some of the places they cleaned. In short, these folks are heroes.

I am extremely happy with Home Maid Services. They clean my house twice monthly and do an excellent job. I have used them for over two years. They get the house sparkling clean with the vacuum lines in the carpet and all. They are always on time and are flexible about changing days if I need it. Their price was the best when I got several bids. They do a great job and I always tip to show my appreciation.

They are reliable and very trustworthy. They call us the day before they are to come. When they are finished our home is spotless. They work hard to please their customers. We are completely satisfied with their service. We have used them for a year.

I am very satisfied and have decided to use this company every 4 weeks for cleaning. Olivia even changed my sheets on my bed. She speaks very little English, but I did not have any trouble making myself understood.

Overall experience was very good and they will use them again in the future and they were happy with the results and the company was quick and the job was done right.

Home Maid Services has been cleaning my home every other week for almost the past year. They send a 2 person crew and it takes them about an hour to complete all cleaning tasks in my 1325 sq. ft., 2 level home. They do an excellent, detail oriented cleaning job every time. The management is cooperative and professional. I have occasionally had to change my scheduled day/time and they are happy to work with me, to make it most convenient for me. Their pricing is excellent! I have highly recommended them to my friends and co-workers.
