Their work is excellent. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Their pricing is a bit high, but they are great. I have used them for about three years and will continue to do so.

Everything went well. Pets were happy and fit when we returned. Pet sitter available for calls whenever needed when we were away.

The dog walkers have done training with her while they are out. She does a lot better now on a leash. They have been very prompt. They have been very good with getting the dog out of the kennel and putting her back. They are honest in terms of the length of the walks. I will continue to use there service.

They are completely reliable. My dogs love them. They are responsive to last minute requests. I am completely comfortable having them in my home.

I was referred to Tiffany's company by a neighbor and was impressed by her punctuality and professionalism. She responded in a timely manner to my calls and emails. Her price is very fair for the service provided especially since she is coming to the house. Before my trip, she came to the house and we went over in detail everything concerning the care for my cats. We also discussed other services she could take care of while she was here. Everything she said would happen occurred and my cats looked great when we came home. I really liked the daily update sheets from each visit that were left. The one thing that was a bit of an issue was that it wasn't always the same person coming to care for the cats. As a result there was an incident with our alarm, which was resolved, and one of the litter boxes wasn't set up properly. Also our garbage was supposed to be put out and that didn't happen as well. It is also probably a bit of a challenge for each sitter learning where everything is and how it is done. Aside from these minor issues, everything was great while we were gone and I would definitely use their service again and refer them to friends. I could tell from the reports that all their sitters care about animals.

I travel and they do a great job. The price is per day.

Their prices are a little on the higher side but they are much more flexible. It's the same rate whatever day and doesn't go up on the weekends. The above cost is for 1/2 an hour. They offer a lot of flexibility. They come when they say they are going to come.

Tiffany and her staff did an excellent job. They left a note after each day's visit, detailing their interactions with our cats. They seemed to take genuine pleasure in getting to know the cats, and they were extremely responsible!

It went well overall. The cat sitter leaves a report for every visit. As far as we know, the cat sitters did exactly what they were told to do.

Did not come at specified times, our housesitter surprised walker who was hanging out in kitchen at the end of the day. Also, walker who came was not the person I spoke with and I was unaware that there would be a substitution. Finally, walker came with boyfriend who was by all accounts a scary looking character. His presence upset our neighbors.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done. The walker is caring and sweet. She leaves me a ''report card'' each day.
