Bottom line: I cannot overstate the phenomenal service Cody Carroll and Zach Whiting provided. We recently moved into a new home and needed a good plumber to correct some issues and install some improvements. O’Connor Plumbing and Heating was the only firm who could come out on my tight schedule and were the least expensive to provide estimates. Actually, I had to reschedule as Cody and Zach were driving out and they immediately understood and rescheduled for the same time the next day. When they came out, Cody assessed what needed to be done, listened to what I wanted to have done, and provided a by-the-job estimate on the spot. The very next day, I had a minor, unrelated plumbing emergency and I called Cody. Cody and Zach came out and fixed the problem within 3 hours of my call.
